We stayed here for one night on Friday, August 23. The staff was courteous but the look and feel of the hotel felt like a disney world version of italy. The decor in the public spaces and rooms were over the top and almost all the guests we ran into were American. Our room also appeared a bit shabby, could have used a new paint job and had a funny odor. If you prefer a more authentic Italian experience, there are better options. The one positive was the breakfast - huge selection - but again, felt generic and not authentic Italian. Case in point - the background music in the grand lobby where breakfast was served, was American pop.
