We stayed at the Napoleon Hotel for 3 nights at the end of May. We were extremely pleased with our accommodations. The room was very nicely decorated and fairly roomy. The bathroom had a good, albiet small shower. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 a.m., after traveling through the night and were pleasantly surprised to hear that we could get into our room, as well as have some breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located and the metro stop is right outside the front door. The park across from the hotel was a lovely, cool spot to relax in the heat of the afternoon. The staff is excellent. The concierge, Franco, was especially helpful. We really enjoyed the get together that the hotel hosts every Friday evening. We ate the hotel one evening and the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the special way we were treated by the staff, at the Hotel Napoleon. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

My third visit to Hotel Napolean, this time I stayed at the Napolean with my teenage grandaughters - the service was wonderful, the staff so charmingly helpful. We had everything we wished for, nothing was too much trouble. The Napolean is an oasis of calm to return to after an exciting day in Rome, well placed near the metro for easy access yet within walking distance of the Colessuem. I would not consider staying anywhere else in Rome! Thank you.

My wife and I celebrated our Golden Anniversary here having chosen this hotel on the internet.
The reviews we read were so true and we were not disappointed.
More so,we were treated to a bouquet and champagne by the manager,his staff were superb in the attention we received,our thanks especially to Sarah and Mary for their service .the hotel lived up to it's reputation,location re metro,shopping,sights all within walking distance.
Our thanks again for an unforgettable experiance in Rome.

My wife and I stayed at the Napolean for four nights in May 2009. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the concierge, Roberto Lombardi. He was always eager to help us , and even called a local restaurant to book a table for us when the kitchen was down one night. The room was small by U.S. standards, but apparently large by European standards, and was always very clean. The bar / wait staff was also very friendly, and the prices very reasonable, especially for a Hotel. One server, Sarah Wennstrom, fluent in 3 or 4 languages, was extremely accomodating and personable.
The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Coliseum and the Forum, and there is a Metro entrance right outside the door.
Overall, I would rate this hotel as a very good value, in light of the proximity to ancient Rome and the excellant service we received.
