Front desk staff were courteous and helpful, and although not fluent in English they spoke enough for us to be able to communicate effectively. For people who enjoy walking, the location is convenient to the train station and for taking walks to sightsee. There were some good and reasonably priced restaurants closeby, which came in handy for rainy night dinners. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast spread offered many choices. There is a nice sitting area and bar area in the lobby.

We have stayed in other Starhotels before and as a result we were given a room upgrade. A really pleasant surprise. Our deluxe room was large and comfortable - the bed, pillows and sheets were clean and very comfortable. It really is a modern, beautiful hotel. There was a good selection for breakfast. Staff were also pleasant and helpful.

The Hotel is only 15-20 minutes walk to the Fontana di Trevi, a walk which I thoroughly enjoyed as we passed by other minor landmarks and monuments. Will definitely return to stay here again.

Just a note - if you park your car in the garage below the Hotel, it'll cost you around 26 - 30 Euros per night. Then again, Stazione Termini is so close...

The location is very good, 5 minutes walk to central train station from which to catch underground for sighseeings. There are quite a few restaurants around the hotel, some of them open till midnight. The room is spacious and spotless, bed is very comfortable, but the carpet is a bit old. Breakfast is very good with a variety of choices. The hotel staff are willing to provide tips on sightseeings and transportation, although they are a bit cool sometimes, maybe they are too busy.

Me and my bf stayed here with another couple for a few days. I was glad to see plenty of good reviews on here but when we got there it exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is super modern and the bar area is stunning. Our rooms were great, really big beds - I think they were 2 big singles joined together but it didnt matter at all. There was a tv in the bathroom as well :)

Breakfast was yummy - the scrambled eggs did look a bit dodge but they tasted fine. One of the managers I think his name is alessandro or something - was a bit rude but other than him all the other members of staff were really courteous and polite and very very helpful. We arrived at the hotel really early - like 11am or something but one of our rooms was ready which allowed us to have a quick change before we set off to explore the beautiful city of Rome ........................
