We were part of a tour, so the hotel was chosen for us. Of the 8 hotels we stayed in, this one was the worst. The staff has an attitude problem, and were very unhelpful. We paid a very large price for a very small drink (barmaid didn't measure, just poured). Felt short-changed. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Would not return there again.

The location of this hotel is out in the industrial parts of Rome (west) running off a highway with heavy traffic and with no pedestrian crossing nor sidewalks. In Australia we say it is out in the whoop whoop (out of no where) This came as a shock and really not ideal for tourists! At night it is dark and the only shops are McDonalds and a mini supermart about 1/2 kilometer from hotel. You feel imprisioned as there are no places of interest, cafes or restaurants within walking distance if you don't wish to eat in the hotel. You are literally dependent on public transport and having meals in the hotel. Seems to me this is what the hotel is cashing in on. The lift is so tiny that it cannot take more than two people with luggage; 4 at the most without luggage. My advice is to spend abit more on a hotel closer to central Rome and don't waste your time travelling to and from this hotel to get to places. I will never stay in this hotel again purely due to its most unsuitable location! Trafalgar Tours - take note. This hotel has to be the worst you put us in, location wise!

This hotel is poorly located for the independent traveler unless you're traveling by car. It was selected by our tour company and we stayed there the last night. It appears to be used by several tour companies for the tour's last night in Rome. It was an rather expensive taxi ride for us to get back to the central train station to continue our itinerary. Hotel was good. Breakfast bar was one of the best we had seen.

This Holiday Inn is located about 10 to 15 minutes from Leonadro Da Vinci airport. It appears to be used by many large tour companies for accommodations on the day prior to departure for home cities. It is a busy place. The lobby was claen, the staff efficient and courteous. Rooms were average size, clean and appeared well cared for. The bathroom APPEARED clean, but the floor was sticky. Rooms were reasonably quiet considering all the activity of people leaving at odd hours for their flights. The breakfast area was large, food plentiful and tasty, and staffed by people who acted like they actually cared about your wants.
