We stayed July 2006 6 nights and then a week later, 2 nights. The room was huge, air conditioning was just right, and the room was spotless. This is not to say the hotel shows some wear (carpeting) but it was an excellent value. The pool is perfect temperature and again, the lifeguards were constantly cleaning the deck chairs and sweeping leaves out of the water. The shuttle runs from 8:15 a.m. until 11:30 at night, with a break from noon until 2 p.m. The drivers are friendly and the bus was on time. We often took advantage of the 3:30 shuttle back to the hotel, took a swim, and returned on the 7 p.m. shuttle for more Rome and dinner. If you miss the last shuttle, it is about 15 euros for the trip back to the hotel.

I strongly recommend this hotel to families with children, Rome is so hot, a pool is a big plus for the kids, and the shuttle ride is about 15 minutes, you are dropped off at Piazza Cavour, close by the Vatican. Behind the hotel, just down a hill is a supermarket/Walmart type of store where you can get anything you forgot at a good price.

Buffet breakfast was eggs, bacon, sausage, deli meats, fruits, pastries, a good start to the day. We booked on Expedia and paid $86 U.S. dollars night. They offer adjoining rooms also.

Stayed at this hotel on our last night of an eight day Globus tour. This is a typical hotel found in the USA Nothing special. Complimentary Bus shuttle service every hour to and from Rome central was a plus. takes about 20 minutes - depending on traffic. Needs updating. Breakfast too crowded.

Positives: Beautiful hotel with high quality furnishings and fittings. The pool is a god send in hot weather - very refreshing. Towells provided by the pool. Beds comfortable. Good air conditioning. Very clean bathroom with bidet. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English reasonably well. Shuttle service was handy to take you to Piazza Cavour and taxis were cheap enough to get around in. Very close to McDonalds (down the back hill) and other fast food convenience. Breakfast was more than adequate with everything you could possibly want including bacon, eggs, pastries etc.
Negatives: The location is a little distant from the sights of Rome but the shuttle service does help to combat this problem. Bar menu wasn't all that great - could have been improved.
Overall a great hotel which I would highly recommend if you dont want to be among the hustle and bustle of Rome - lovely quiet location.

It is good hotel with spacious rooms and a lot of internal and external space. It has a large pool with gardens all around. The rooms are comfortable with good sized balconies. We had one with a pool view; a pretty sight at night.

The location is a problem though; it is located a little outside the main city and away from the attractions. Rome does not have a good transport system and getting to the hotel and out by public transport is a challenge. The hotel does have a free shuttle service to a central point in the city every half hour until about 10 p.m. and that is very useful. We made extensive use of the shuttle.

The hotel was used by the players during the Italian Soccer World Cup. The decor is a little dated and could do with refurbishment. However, we had a good deal from lastminute and the service and space was worth it.
