We (myself, my wife, my brother, and his wife) stayed at this hotel for three nights while we were in Rome. We booked this hotel becuase we were able to secure a good rate for a single room with 4 beds in it. The location was great. The hotel was set in a very clean area and also very quiet at night. The hotel was a five minute walk or so from the metro (Octavianio I believe was the stop on the Red Line). It was also only 5 minutes from the Vatican and from St. Peter's Square.
The hotel room was clean and had very high ceilings. The air conditioning worked extremely well. We had to wait a little when we checked in but we were then ushered to our 2nd floor room. One of the best things about this hotel was the buffet breakfast that was included in the rate. It was very plentiful and had lots of different foods for all of us.
A lot of the main attractions for Rome were a lengthy walk (a couple of miles or so) but very nice to do if the weather is good. It's really nice to see Rome by foot. If you're not up for walking you can take a short 5 minute walk to the metro and ride it to Termini and walk from there or to other stops. We occasionally rode the metro (1 Euro each ride) and had very little difficutly navigating throughout the city. We did noticed that the red line seemed more filled with tourists while the blue line seemed filled with more locals.
