I enjoyed seeing this very ornate church near the Pantheon. There are three Rafael paintings, not to be missed, and a beautiful ceiling fresco.
A great place to admire the Caravaggio paintings, and the actual church and alter was just as impressive. Try going early mornings to avoid the tourists.
The church is great (as are so many in Rome) but it is not far from the must visit piazza Navona. The 3 paintings by Caravaggio are amongst the best in Rome. Take coins to turn the lights on. One of the highlights of my Rome trip.
Must stop and visit it. it's one of the church you can visit in Rome but this one has an impressive decoration, painting and details.
Stunning church that is easy to get to and you will be rewarded with a Caravaggio. What more could you want?
