We have just returned from a great 3 night stay in Rome at Laconda del Sole Luxury B&B in Rome. It was amazing! We loved our room (Butterfly Room), quiet at night, loved our location - walking distance to Rome's major attractions, VERY helpful staff with airport transfer, reservations, dinner suggestions - whatever we asked was never a problem. Breakfast was ample and the cafe latte excellent - any time of the day!! First time having Lindt Champagne chocolate!! Mini bar was free and refilled daily - loved the red wine and Proseco. Would HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful B&B. What a wonderful place to retreat to after a busy day discovering Rome. ENJOY!!

My wife and I stayed here in the Butterfly room for a week. This was a much better experience than the various hotels we have used in the past. The room is very solid with a beautiful high wood beam ceiling. Even though it overlooks the street it is very quiet at night and one sleeps well on a good mattress. The hospitality is as excellent as other reviewers have described so well. You have your own private concierge just a few steps away! The Sole brothers grew up right in this area and have excellent recommendations. Be sure to eat at Campana, Hosteria 31, or Orso 80; all great food and value. As we had an early flight Emiliano came in early to make sure we had breakfast and helped us down the stairs with our luggage. Cannot recommend too highly.

My husband and I stayed here in September for our honeymoon in Rome. We stayed 4 nights in the butterfly room and 3 nights in the berger suite. Both rooms were absolutely beautiful and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. Marco and Pierluigi greeted us on arrival and offered us coffee and cake before showing us to our room. They had put a beautiful bunch of roses on the bed since it was our honeymoon which was such a nice gesture! and also a bottle of white wine. The room was stunning and there was a free minibar (and chocolates) for the duration of our stay. They also gave us great advice on places to eat etc. They are from the area so nobody better to ask!

Emiliano served us breakfast every morning and the best cappuccino I have ever tasted!as well as a gorgeous selection of pastries! Emiliano was so nice and helpful throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble and he really was one of the nicest hosts we have ever met!

This is really a special place, we are so glad to have stayed here for our honeymoon and hope to come back again some day. The area is also very safe and has a great selection of restaurants. It is truly the most perfect place to stay in Rome

What a quaint hotel with the feeling for Rome. The room was comfortable, bed was great and breakfast was light but very refreshing. Marco was SO helpful and such a pleasure to visit with. The minibar was stocked daily and was free. It is within 30 minutes walking to all major sites and even closer to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. We really enjoyed our stay!
