I treated my daughter and her friend to a European cruise this summer and we stayed at the Hassler for two days before boarding our cruise ship. The hotel could not have been better. I booked via e-mail with the Hotel and they had two connecting rooms for us that were perfect. And per my request, one room was even ready for us when we arrived at 9:30 am after our overnight flight. The hotel arranged for a drivier to pick us up at the airport, a personal guide for the following day and a driver to take us to cruise port. The location was perfect and my 18 year old and her friend loved seeing the US celebrities in the hotel. While the hotel was expensive it was worth every penny for the service we received. I will return whenever I visit Rome.

Just returned from a three week trip to Italy and Greece. We stayed four nights at the Hassler. It was a fabulous experience starting with the purple suite that had three plasma tv's. Wonderful breakfast each day and the location superb. The conceirge was great, but the best part was Alessandro, the manager of guest relations. Thank-you for making our stay incredible. She told us where to shop, worked with the conceirge one on one where to eat. They were always available for us and we will be back !!

Hotel Hassler is fabulous. We were treated like royalty - the staff is superb! The rooms are lovely and quite spacious. The brunch is the BEST that I have ever had and is not to be missed. Hotel Hassler is located at the top of the Spanish Steps, within walking distance of so many sites. The roof top restaurant and bar is wonderful. A wonderful experience!
