The good - hands-on cooking, very engaging with our teens and the group as a whole, very knowledgeable, totally fresh supplies, we made everything from scratch including pasta, and they took care of all the cleanup.
Suggested improvements - while Chef Andrea is very good at what he does, he carries a bit of professional conceit that may offend the less culturally initiated. The kitchen is a bit on the small side but adequate for a class of eight - the max class size is 12 and would be too cramped in our opinion.
All things considered, we thoroughly enjoyed the optional wine pairing, the personalized tutoring with Chef Andrea and Erica, and would definitely repeat the class with a slightly different venue, which I believe is offered.
