“The best place to stay! Excellent!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2012

AnnoDomini B&B has a perfect location so you can easily get to a historical downtown, but you don't have to sleep around the noisy crowds of tourists going out all night long in the city center. For a young couple we chose the Navona room as the golden mean between large Colosseo suite and double Trevi room. The owners, Massi and Viki, is a very nice couple; they were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with a large balcony and nice bathroom where you can find anything you need and more (you will be really amazed with the illuminated walk-in shower). I think that you can't find a better place to stay in Rome for that money.

Room Tip: Want a balcony? You should choose between Navona room and Colosseo suite. If you need a comfortable...

Very suitable location, excellent room equipped by new furniture, air conditioner and bath tooling and very hospitable owners: Max and Vika. Reasonable price. Only one minor disadvantage: a little noisily due to closing to the street with intense traffic flow.

From my very first enquiry Max was super helpful (with impeccable English!) & we are so glad we steered clear of hotels or somewhere right in the centre. I would book here again in a heartbeat.
Max is a considerate & friendly host who will do all he can to help.
Our room was great with bright colours, comfy bed & a lovely terrace. The location is just hop & a skip from everything. Bus stop outside & in just a matter of stops you're in the centre. We used the metro on occasion & again just a short walk down the road or 3 stops on the bus. Perfect.
Breakfast was nice, coffee & croissant & yoghurt (you're given a choice) & we felt best to have it at AD rather than at the alternative of the cafés downstairs.
We were so tired from all the sightseeing (& as I was pregnant) sometimes we had a night in & chose a couple of DVDs from the selection on offer.
Max is a tour guide so if you've not been to the eternal city before, be sure to get him to show you around (had I not been already we would have surely spent a couple of days with max as our guide).
Book annodomini! You will not be disappointed ;0)

We stayed at the AnnoDomini B&B over Easter 2012 and had a lovely stay. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, advising us which buses to catch to various attractions, where to go to eat, and taking us to the airport for our flight home.
I was particularly impressed by the breakfast which was lovingly presented & delivered to our room every morning with a little flower - fresh coffee, croissants, cakes & yoghurts - much more than we were expecting.
The room was spotlessly clean with a big balcony, and we enjoyed the selection of DVDs available to borrow after a long day sightseeing in Rome!
It was great value for money, and only a short bus ride away from all the main sights of Rome.

Me and my family was here at the end of july 2011. All that i can say - this is a right choice to stay for visiting Rome! Good location, with handy metro & bus lines and nearby all main wonders of Rome. It can be reached even by foot. Rooms is good, clean and modern. Service is simply perfect and available at any moment, Victoria and Massimiliano is outstandingly welcoming! We are very, very satisfyed that picked Annodomini. Thank you Victoria and Massimiliano! When i came to Rome for my internship, İ couldn't find a place that make me feel at home. Fortunately, i happened to go AnnoDomini Bed&Breakfast. After i stayed one day, i surely decided to stay for a month.
During my stay, i have't faced with any problem. My room-called Fontana di Trevi- is furnished with modern furnitures, have a ensuite bathroom and TV. The atmosphere of the apartmant is really peace and quiet. Cleaning works are always done.
The area of AnnoDomini is very central. It's very close to Vatican and the other famous places in Rome. It's also very close to 2 metro stations. Under the building there is a bus station that directly go Vatican that takes just 5 minutes. When i went out at nights, i hadn't got any problem to turn back.
Two of my friends came to Rome during my stay and they stayed for 2 days at AnnoDomini according to my advise and they were really satisfyed with their rooms.
The last thing that i would like to say is about the entertainers of the AnnoDomini,Massimiliano and Viktoria. They are really friendly and ready to fulfil your demands.
So, i can advise AnnoDomini by heart who want to a place clean, centerical, cosy, friendly and modern.
