We spent three days in this B&b sleeping in Raffello room. High level of confort. Very quiet Nice furniture. A quite little but fantastic bathroom. Breakfast is OK with fresh coffee (espresso) croissants, fruit juices, cookies, butter and marmalade and other ….. but fresh bread would be appreciated! See you soon Rome and Romantic Vatican B&B!!!

Great location, lovely people, clean, comfortable - not bad value.

Can't recommend it more highly.

Tip - book ahead for Vatican Museum - the queues are a nightmare.

Loved this cozy B&B. Room lived up to expectations and photos. Very quiet, no traffic noise since room faces garden court yard. Price was a bargain for the emenities provided.
I would stay there again!!

Romantic Vatican Rome B&B is a great place to stay, well looked after, close to
San Peter & the Vatican. Metro not very far but if you have lot of luggage than
may be a problem. On the whole would recommend it and will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this B&B! Across the street from the Vatican and
very close to the Vatican Museum. Massimo, the housekeeper, is very
accommodating, helpful and nice. The location is awesome. Right outside the
door is the best gelato in Italy, Old Bridge. There were lots of restaurants
and shops in the area. It's also very close to the metro station, Ottaviano.
The place is very well kept, very clean and the breakfast was good. They even
have a digital barista and it makes great cappuccino! We stayed a couple of
nights and would definitely recommend the place to everyone!

We reserved this hotel because of the price, the cheapest in rome without being a hostel, for our honeymoon. What can i say? Unbelievable! Not only is just across the street from the vatican museum (what saved us a lot of time) but it's also close to the metro station and easy to reach from almost any part of rome, including the airport. The place itself is beautifull, a three room boutique hotel placed in an old building, flaulessly reneved. Amenities are totally modern and the furniture is brand new, while it keeps the souroundings spirit. It is trully romantic! One only bad thing, our room was the only one
with the "private" bathroom not in suite, but as the other two rooms did have their private insuit bathrooms we had no problems. Also the lift is a little bit small, but it suits two passengers and a large suitcase fine. The owner even drove us to the airport for the same rate than the hour long trip by train, but much more confortable. The hotel includes free wireless internet (yet no pc on site, bring your own laptop) and breakfast.
We just LOVED it!

How to start - a fab break with my daughter to Rome for the half term holiday.
The Bed and Breakfast was located right by the Vatican city and was not only a
great location but a lovely place to stay. Quiet location with a comfortable
bed and lovely facilities. A simple breakfast was made all the better for a
fantastic coffee machine to perk you up for a days sight seeing. Easy walking
distance to Ottaviano Metro and close to a bus terminus as well as the buses
from St Peters square. Massimo was there to greet us and although his english
is limited but Riccardo arrived shortly afterwards and showed us where the
sights were and where to avoid - all around the Termini Station basically. Lots
of highlights to this trip - the Old Bridge for ice cream literally outside the
appartment block - the best ice cream ever always a queue but well worth the
wait. The creperie by the ice cream shop was great for a quick lunch. Riccardo
recommended a restaurant called L'Isola della Pizza on Via Scippione - lovely
pizzas, pasta and ambience. The house wine both red and white were excellent.
Trastevere is a great location for food as well - Ivo was a really buzzing
restaurant even on a Wednesday night!!. We also ate at Il Cotobri near the
Otovianno station. Book tickets for the vatican on their website to save you
money and the queue - go early morning. Again get your tickets for the
Colessuem from the Forum as the ticket last 2 days and its much quicker to get
them. Def go back
Consigli sulla zona
The Vatican area is great because its is not over run with tourists all
evening. although busy there is an air of peace. The area is very clean and the
road signs are clearly displayed for all to see. Maps of the area are great and
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this area. We liked all the sight seeing be
prepared to walk or you will not see the beautiful scenery between the popular
tourist sights.
