“Homey stay@Rome”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013

We had a warm & friendly welcome. The place is located in a really nice and fine neighborhood within walking distance from all the beautiful culture in Rome. Also bus & metro are on a 5 min walking distance. Recommandations (restaurants) are up to date and in line with expectations.
We stayed for 4 nights in the Orange Room, which was clean and comfy like home. Also the hydro shower or Turkish bath are of great pleasure after walking around all day in Rome. Emanuella is a wonderful host and due to her fexibility, kindness and care we had a perfect stay in wonderful Rome.

Staying at this hotel has been a very beautiful experience. Its location is very good, 10 minutes on foot to Termini station and 5 minutes to Piazza della Repubblica. I could easily walk and reach some of the mos beautiful piazza-s in Rome.
The room was very clean and comfort. I stayed at the orange room and it was really nice furnished. The bathroom was very clean too, and you can use the hydro massage shower or the Turkish bath.
In the morning I found prepared for me a very delicious breakfast, which I enjoyed a lot. There is a coffee machine to make good Italian coffee or cappuccino.
Emanuella and Gianni are such nice and helpful hosts and they can provide help to get oriented in Rome. I really would recommend anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Rome, to choose this very special and nice hotel.

The location of the apartment is really great. Close distance to metro, Termini and shops. Rooms are comfortable and cosy. We were in 8 persons - enough space for everyone. Emanuela was excellent host - that is really a wonderful person.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Wellness Inn. Emanuella was a wonderful host and the accommodations were great. Every morning a filling breakfast was waiting for us, with enough extras to pack for snacks during our busy touring days. Additionally, the free coffee drinks (at all times) from the wonderful cappuccino maker was a nice money saver. The room was not huge, but who needs to to be when you spend most of your time outside of it. It was in a great location that felt safe, quiet, walking distance from attractions, but far enough away to avoid noise.

My stay at the WELLNESSINNROME bed&breakfast was wonderful! I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone traveling for business or pleasure. My room was well decorated, cozy, with a nice view of the Embassy gardens. My bathroom was very modern and impressive. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a joy to have breakfast waiting for me in the referidgerator every morning!

The owner Emanuela was so very nice, patient and helpful. She provided a driver to collect me from the ship and to drive me to the airport on my last day in Rome. I must say, that I was very much at home a the WELLNESSINNROME bed&breakfast. I LOVED my stay and did not want to leave. I look forward to returning to Rome soon!

The location is perfect. Close to Roma Termini and a ten to fifteen minute walk to Trevi fountain but in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is comfortable and safe. Our flight arrived much later than expected and Emanuela waited for us and greeted us with the best orange juice I have ever had. The bed was very comfortable and good for sleeping. Coffee and breakfast were great and the shower was pretty nice also. The coffee was so great I had to order the same DiLonghi Lattissima that is there. We did a tour of Italy and stayed in B&B's throughout. Wellness Inn Rome had the best bed, best shower and the best coffee ever!

Other than accommodations and location described below, Emanuella was very responsive and accommodating to every advance request when coordinating our sea and air port private transfers and special requests. Hats off to Emanuella as I've stayed in five star hotels which were less responsive and helpful at insanely higher price points.

Even for a relatively more experienced and difficult to please hotel guest such as myself, I can't find any faults with the accommodations nor shortcomings with her service.

Large and small appliances were new and kept spotless, Emanuella also has laminated sheets of instruction explaining step by step procedures to operate multi-featured appliances i.e. Espresso and Milk steaming machine and remote-controlled air conditioner.

Shower fixtures were more of the Starship Enterprise configuration than what one finds in a Mon and Pop Bed and Breakfast. I indulged myself in the pleasure of running steam sauna and shower simultaneously on a daily basis.

Note worthy: bathroom vent system, activated by flip-switch, effectively removes shower steam and bathroom odors - not found in many five star hotels.

Emanuella also employs two ladies, supplemented by a professional laundry service, who work in shifts to keep the place spotless and fresh smelling.

During our four night stay, we never waited long for the one elevator - a pleasant surprise.

Tip: rent two rooms to have the entire Inn to your small groups disposal - our party of three had the Inn to ourselves.

Tip: use the laminated sheets in the Quest Book for an excellent source of bus routes to major sites. Bus Route 75 listed in Quest Book for Colosseum stop continues on to Testaccio (great restaurants off the hop-on-hop-ff tourist bus route). Bus Route 75 drops-off in front of Wellness Inn on return from Testaccio.

Tip: Avoid hotel booking sites. Contact Wellness Inn to make reservations and arrange transfers to Sea or Airport.

Tip: Place five Euros in an envelope and a note to housekeeping on your first night to demonstrate that you greatly appreciate high standards of cleanliness and have more class than the stereotypical tourist.

Tip: Emanuella will arrange a small discount for those securing advance cash deposit when reserving with her and making final payment in cash.

Room Tip: Tip: rent two rooms to have the entire Inn at your small groups disposal. Tip: late night, lien...
