“Great spot with even better value!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

An excellent, high value choice for anyone looking to stay within walking distance from the train station and many of the major tourist attractions.

Close to main streets but far enough away to be quiet. The gym was nice to use and the rooms were quite comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Spent a week at the IQ hotel while exploring Rome. Found it to be a great location to set out from on foot daily and received exceptional service. They also have a very nice breakfast selection. Make use of the the express checkout service - a nice touch.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in December, 2015 for our first trip to Rome. I was very pleased with the hotel and would stay again.

Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are well presented and very clean. Large king bed by Australian standard - although a little firm. Pillows are pretty terrible in terms of comfort. Bathroom good size and shower good size. Daily room clean has always been great.

Highlights include location - easy walk to trevi fountain, Spanish steps. My husband and I are healthy but not fitness freaks - we found walk to pantheon and other areas easy and enjoyable. Close to the hop on hop off bus stop.

Breakfast was good.

Loved the in hotel washing machine and dryer option! Great for traveling! Also had an empty bar fridge to store own purchases and vending machines with cheap bottled water.

Wifi is pretty unreliable, but as we are on holidays it was workable.

Overall very happy and would stay again.

We stayed four nights in October. The hotel arranged for a driver to meet us at Fiumicino Airport and drive us to the Hotel. They also arranged a driver for the trip to Civitavecchia. The desk staff is multi-lingual and was very helpful in suggesting (non-tourist and reasonably priced) places for dinner, explaining transportation options. Our room was on the fourth floor and faced the atrium. It was very quiet, and black-out drapes let us sleep as long as we wanted. Internet is free. The room is spatially very adequate as is the bath. Toiletries very good. Breakfast is an extra 10 euro, but worth it. There are laundry facilities that include (scented) detergent in the price. The rooftop is a pleasant setting where you might bring take-out food and drink a bottle of wine purchased reasonably in the vending machine on that floor. The location is excellent, a block of Nazionale, close to the Termini (but not too close), and walkable to many sites. Our four night room bill was about $1000 including breakfast and all taxes. It was a very pleasant experience and one I would take again.

Room Tip: Higher floor facing the Atrium.

Lovely clean modern hotel in a great location. The rooms were spotless and the front desk staff was great. Larbi especially was very helpful and sweet, but all of them were great. It was close to the main attractions of room and you could easily walk to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and Colusseum. Would definitely stay there again. Free wifi too!

Friendly staff. Rooms are very small though clean. Location is very good and close to touristy stuff. Breakfast is 10 euros and worth the price but I think it should be included in room rates since they are rather high. Free wifi and room safe box included.
Some related comments about Rome. Changing money is not easy and some charge a big fee. Italian people avoid speaking English and seem less friendly. City is crowded and expensive but the sightseeing is worth visiting

This place is a real find in Central Rome. Just a block to underground transportation, and a short walk to Termini, getting around to see the sights of Rome and this part of Italy couldn't be simpler.

As a mature, female traveler, I appreciated the generous assistance from reception, and the rooftop living room.

Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: internet access included in room rate. my room was quiet -- it's close to Plaza Republica, so ve...
