“convenient location, stylish hotel and rooms - why the wifi charge?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2014

Arriving by train at Roma Termini made this an extremely convenient walkable choice and having had a great experience at an Una hotel previously in Milan, it was an easy decision to book. I arrived and was given a fantastic room upgrade which did not disappoint - the view of the rooftops from the terrace included! Everything in the suite was perfectly in order and i got a great nights sleep. My only (admittedly minor given the room upgrade) gripe was the charge for wifi - it's not that I mind paying for it, it's the hassle of doing so - why not just charge an extra 3-5 euros per room which at these room rates no one will notice and give wifi for free? Having a full menu of different charging periods seems unnecessarily to focus attention on something which then looks like money grabbing. Otherwise exemplary service, good food and very enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: 6th floor has terraces and the corners are very spacious

I have just returned from a great four day break in Rome. I cannot fault the hotel at all. Our superior room with free wifi & mini bar was perfect. Staff were lovely as was breakfast & the happy hour at the bar is a must! Only downside is location. Would stay nearer the centre next time.

Stayed here. The overall stay isn't bad. They are really conveniently located, right next to Roma Termini. They are really stingy on Wifi. No wifi in the lobby and their wifi is really slow and only 2 devices per room. In the 21st century, they should really provide for more devices.

It's clean, it's comfortable. Oh, but the breakfast is not very good. The eggs were cold and their sausages, well, just sort of strange tasting.

Stayed for 4 nights.spotlessly clean, lots of choice at breakfast, only downside was air conditioning was too cold in the bedroom and very fiddly light switches. Also only less than 5 mins walk from train station and staff very helpfully.

A hotel very close to the railway station and metro - so it's nice travelwise. Descent room we were sneezing almost all the time (they are using some cleaning solution which is too aggresive). Room is OK according to standard. Internet is way too expensive, so we were going to the Asian fast food (tasty by the way) to the Termini train station to surf the Web. Breakfast is just OK when one thinks about four star hotel (stone cold boiled eggs, vegies are only represented by tomatos and lettuce, tons of bakery - but it's a normal thing in Italy). Prepare to pay extra 3 Euros city tax per person per day. Extremely good Korean restaurant Arirang close to the hotel.
