I loved this hotel! It is beautifully decorated, great facilities and the staff is completely nice and helpful. It can be a bit noisy early morning as people in the building wake up for work.

Room Tip: Maybe rooms to he street could be quieter as the street is not crowded

I stayed here just for one night, we had to go to the airport early in the morning and I wanted to stay close to the station, walking distance. Did not expect that I would really love this place so much! It is really good value for your money. The room itself is spotless, a super comfy bed and a duvet cover. Sweets and free slippers on your pillow. Modern standard and a lovely shower room.
The breakfast included was not by any means eccellent, but at least you could have a coffe and a cake. I will absolutely stay here next time in Rome. You will get your own key so you can come when you want, no reception late evening and night.

We had 5 lovely day staing at Capitolium Rooms. We loved everything about this luxury guest house, great location and outstanding services. We had every day fantastic typical Italian breakfast (Cornetto and Cappuccino). I can recommend for everyone this small hotel near Termini Train Station.

Room Tip: We had a nice suite 606.

We went to Rome for a weekend away and stayed here for a few nights. Good, central location, 5 minutes walk from the Termini and 15-30 minutes walk from the main attractions of Rome. The room was clean and very comfortable. It feels like a building where Romans (with money) live - l liked this... To be honest we were out most of the time - and we weren't looking for luxury however we were pleasantly surprised and the room provided everything that we needed.

The view from the window was lovely and relaxing. The service was good and friendly. As much coffee as we wanted which l must say was surprisingly good. Free slippers and body toiletries.

We were up and out before breakfast was served at 7:30am so they brought us a selection the night before. It was basic but very good. When we did eat in, they had fresh fruit and breads - l noticed this wasn't available to previous guests based on their reviews. They must be listening to suggestions! I really can't fault... I really do recommend this hotel.

If l had to criticise it would be that the hotel isn't very well advertised outside. We nearly walked past it. There are two lots of stairs which may be frustrating if you have a push chair however not major - l'd do it. Yes, there are a few strip Clubs nearby but l don't know how good they are and can't provide a review... :-) Okay, sarcasm to one side - apart from walking past them l didn't even notice they were there. There were no men hovering outside in rain macs or anything to make us feel uncomfortable. Overall really good experience.

I stayed here recently with my sister and her one year old son. The place was great. Really good value compared to other places I researched. They have a cot ready for us when we arrived. There is a small lift which was great for the pram. The simple breakfast included in the price was a bonus! The mini bar drinks were reasonable priced.. only slightly more then they would be in the shops. The location was only a little bit out of the centre, easy walking distance to all the sights and very close to the central train station, so we could jump on the metro. There was a strip club close by but we didn't hear any noise or see anything untoward. Overall a great place to stay! Thanks!

4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2012

I stayed here for 4 nights mid of April with my wife, and I can say I really liked it. It's less like a hotel, and more like renting a nice room. Another reveiw tells that this is an office building, it is not. It is an appartment building, and 2 appartments have been made into 1 small 6 room hotel.
The rooms are very nicely decorated, one could say that it even looks kind of fancy. The breakfast room is during the day a room where you can sit to read or have a drink. The coffee machine there is excellent. Breakfast is indeed not much more then a drink, a sweet bun and some jelly, you can not call it an English or a Continental breakfast, so let's just call it an Italian breakfast.
Bathroom was clean and all seemed to be working fine, we did not have troubles with the hot water at all.
The neigbourhood is nice, it did not really bother me that there is a stripclub next door (well actually there is a door next door that goes into the basement, and it says it is a stripclub, but that is pretty much all you get to see if it (unless you go in ofcourse).
The adult cinema at the other side also does not show it's secrets to you, there is just the entrance and the sign, and that is it.
For the rest, the neighbourhood seems to have a daily clothes market nearby (during the week), and there are some nice shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Bus stops are really near and it is 5 minutes walk to Termini station.
All in all we really liked the Capitolium Rooms and it's neighbourhood.

Room Tip: Rome get's hot in the summer, and can be cold and rainy during the rest of the year. Make sure t...
