“Kind people! I definitely came back here if I need to go to Roma again!”

Very kind people, very helpful for every thing. They clean the room every day and we find fresh fruits on our room when we came back home.
Some people comments are like "omg, it's seems to be an Asian family"...well...you are in Roma's Chinatown so...

The only good thing about this B&B was that it was close to the train station, the bad thing about that is the area near and around the train station is not a very good area, lots of poor people and a little scary. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms are tinier. The bed was two twin bed pushed together, and it was a very hard mattress with hard pillows to match. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING and it was VERY hot outside. The wifi didn't work from our room. And our breakfast part of the bed and breakfast included coffee. I was not happy with this B&B at all and wouldn't recommend it for anyone. It wasn't so much a Bed & Breakfast as it was an apartment turned into a wannabe hotel.

Right by termini station. The rooms are ok, wifi works fine. We liked it there. You can walk pretty much everywhere. We did. it took us about a day to walk aroound rome (vatican, fountain, colosseum and some other great buildings). It's about a ten min from colosseum. We recommend it

This B&B is essentially a small personal apartment 20 min walk away from Termini Station. While Giulia, the owner is a nice woman, she is clearly dealing some shady business around the area with other 'partner' B&Bs. She had overbooked her establishment (the one pictured) and brought us 4 blocks away to another, FAR WORSE, establishment. This place was dirty, smelly, and the rooms were barely big enough for the beds. They tried to split our group between two different buildings. We refused and had to argue for 45 minutes, but were finally given our money back. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN YOUR ROOM!

A bad to take your wife on your honeymoon. Fortunately I went to Rome with just guys, but I will definitely not take my wife to this hotel. Upon arriving from FCO I asked the shuttle driver if this was the correct place, he just laughed and left. Total ripoff. Far from being any good, its an apartment renting out rooms.
