Picked this based on recommendations on trip advisor and was not disappointed. My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights 5/21-5/25/2013. This B&B is on the third floor of a building very close to the Vatican. No worries as there is an elevator. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by Paolo, the owner. We arrived before check in time but he was happy to keep our luggage and had our room ready an hour later. The rooms are nice and include private bathrooms. They are very clean and there is a common area with table and chairs where breakfast is served. Breakfast includes cereal, toast, yogurt, assorted juices and pastries, as well as coffee and tea. Paolo is very helpful with recommendations and directions for sites to visit, restaurants, and any questions you may have. He helped us arrange transportation to the airport and told us how to get around when there was a metro strike on our last day. Loved being able to come back sit in the common area and make a cup of tea. A great place to stay, walking distance to major sites, as well as metro station, bus and taxi stands. Would highly recommend this place for couples or solo travelers. Was perfect for my daughter and I.
