Just back from a 4 day trip to Roma made all the better by staying here ! Luca (owner) is such a sweetie and the B&B is immaculate, modern, well appointed, central and just about everything you could want ! Oh yes and there was a great breakfast too ! I would definately recommend this B&B to anyone without any hesitation (although that might mean there are no rooms free when I want to go back!). We had such a great time - the B&B is within easy walking distance of all the sights, city centre, transport, Trastevere etc etc. Thank you for such a wonderful trip ! Loulou XX

Have just returned from spending 3 nights in Rome for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. The accommodation is definiately great value for money; the rooms are of a good size, clean and comfortable. There is nothing more you could want, but Luca the owner goes that extra mile and made it a very special weekend. His English is excellent and he helped us organise an improptu tour as well as providing plenty of advice on Rome. We couldn't recommend this highly enough.

What a haven in the city! Luca, the wonderful owner & manager, immediately welcomed us to the city with open arms. In a perfect location (only blocks from the Vatican), At Your Place allowed us to hop on the bus or the metro without any problem. There are fantastic restaurants in the area too. A huge plus was the breakfast that Luca prepared every morning. Croissants, pizza rosa, homemade cake from his sister, juice and delicious coffee! The perfect start to long, wonderful days in Rome. Book this NOW before he gets booked up for years to come!

Thanks Luca for an awesome stay! We stayed in what we think is the largest room out of 4 rooms in the B&B. It had a balcony with a fantastic view of Castel Saint Angelo. The bed was good size and comfortable. Newly renovated and clean bathroom which we loved. There is TV Satellite with International stations (Luca said there's about 300+ channels, but we only found 1 that was in English - CNN of course). Furniture in the room is from Ikea... but who doesn't like Ikea furniture? The room was cleaned daily and well. Breakfast was awesome - loved that croissant au chocolat and blood orange juice! Best of all.... there is HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Luca was a great host. On our last evening there, he called us on our mobile to ask if we needed a ride to the airport the next day. We totally forgot about making arrangements BUT Luca had it all covered. I definitely recommend his "limo" service arrangements - very convenient and good value. His recommended restaurant Barca had some of the best seafood we've tasted, but pricey - so be careful. We walked ALL over Rome from this place... REALLY. Luca's a little obsessed with TripAdvisor ratings, but I would be too if I owned the place :) This B&B is just over 6 months old, and is already #1 B&B in all of Rome in Tripadvisor. He must be doing something right. Bravo Luca!
