“Assume! The best B&B of our trip, Will return again soon!”

The best! Very friendly, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were very helpful. Only regret is that we had to leave. Will return soon.

Thanks to Emanuela and her mother for a perfect stay in Rome! The rooms were exactly what we wanted - peace and quiet and a good location within walking distance from the main part of Rome. Emanuela even recommended places nearby for dinner which were quite good and frequented by locals, not tourists.

We stayed at the Almes B&B for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Emanuela was the perfect host who met us at the Metro station when we arrived and walked us to the accomodation. The B&B is merely a five minute walk to the nearest metro and a ten minute walk from St Peters Square. The rooms was tastefully furnished with an elegant sofa and paintings of the city on the walls. The room also had a television with Sky so finding something to watch in English after a busy day sightseeing was no problem. The bathroom was also tastefully fitted with a nice, hot, powerful shower. The accomodation throughout was immaculately clean and tidy.

Thanks once again Emanuela for making our time in Rome a memorable one!

Great B&B with good location and excellent host. Rooms were very clean, spacious and beautiful. Located near Vatican, Ottaviano metro station and bus stop with direct line to Trastevere. There were also some very nice restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed Siciliainbocca. I definately reccommend staying there.

Almes b&b was the perfect place to stay in Rome. We absolutely could not fault anything. Emanuela and her mother were extemely welcoming, it almost felt like we could be their first guests. Emanuela was very attentive despite the fact she was preparing for her wedding in 2 weeks time. Our room was absolutely spotless. The location was excellent, easy to get to all the attractions, and a real local feel with some excellent restaurants recommended by Emanuela. I would highly recommend this place.

We booked this B&B based on the previous good reviews which we had read, and we weren't disappointed. Emanuela asked us to call her when we arrived, and she came and met us at the metro station so we could walk to the B&B together. She pointed out bars and restaurants which she recommended on the way, and we tried a few of them during our stay and they were all good. It's about a ten minute walk from the nearest Metro station (Ottaviano I think it's called), and about 15 minutes' walk from the Vatican.

Our room was really large for a city hotel, with an en suite, flat screen TV, air conditioning and a small fridge. It is all really clean and overall a very nice place to stay.

Breakfast is at a cafe around the corner (we had vouchers for each morning) which was ok but the owner never had all the things which were on the menu (perhaps because we went quite late in the mornings) and he ended up serving us the same juice, croissant and tea each morning automatically.

There's a supermarket at the end of the road where we stocked up on food and drink, a nice bar called Banana Republic a couple of streets down, and a few nice restaurants as well.

Our room overlooked a car wash which was a bit noisy in the mornings but this is to be expected when you're staying in a city. The room was cleaned every day and Emanuela and her mother were both extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Emanuela is available by email or phone if you need anything during your stay and they were happy for us to leave our suitcases with them on our last day. Her parents' shop is also a few streets away and she told us we could also go there if we needed anything. It was really nice to know that there were people around if you need anything but at the same time you have total privacy when staying at the B&B.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

I highly recommend the Almes B&B to stay at during a trip to Rome. The B&B was good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern facilities, including WIFI and a flat screen TV, DVD player and access to Sky channels.
The B&B is in a convenient location close to the number 70 bus which stops at the majority of the major tourist attractions and near the Ryanair Bus Stop at Termini station. It is also located near a metro stop and is in walking distance of the Vatican. There is a good range of restaurants and bars nearby. The owners are extremely friendly and approachable, speaking both English and Italian. They offered us invaluable advice about Rome in general and about how to travel around, enabling us to most of our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
