I must admitt that I am officially a TripAdvisor freak traveller. I never go to hotels without checking their rooms and bathrooms.... I think you could say that I'm very snobby when it comes to hotels. I hadn't seen any traveller photos before going to this exquisite place, and I couldn't believe my good luck. I have been to many great hotels, but none of them can be compared to "Crossing Condotti". What I liked the most, was that the whole place is for refined tastes. Finally, some class. My congratulations to the people involved. I'm looking forward to going back. The only "problem" I had during my 6-day stay was that I could not smoke. But it was soooooooo worth it.... By the way, there are excellent choices for food and/or drink opposite the hotel.

Crossing Condotti is a wonderful place to stay in Rome. Not quite a hotel (there is a front desk where Mario will greet you and make recommendations or reservations during the day, but after hours you let yourself in), but that makes it feel like a home away from home, and it's literally one block from the Spanish Steps. The rooms are very nicely done, with modern furnishings and the best bathroom of our stay in Italy. There is also a kitchenette by the front room where you can freely get water, soda, or beer from the fridge, or make espresso. Seems like a small thing, but it really makes you feel at home and we definitely utilized that. Overall, wonderful place to stay in Rome - I have recommended it to friends already, and would definitely return on my next stay in Rome.

Crossing Condotti was the perfect location in Roma for a night at the end of our honeymoon. Mario the manager is a delightful man who gave us plenty tips for things to do. The bed was so comfy and the shower in the bathroom was fab! I would say however that the rooms are rather small and could do with a bit of a redecoration (big black scuff marks all over the walls in our room for the 180 euro price tag. The window looked out onto a dirty roof with an old mop and some rubbish on it and the air conditioning unit didnt work very well. Also as this is more like a 5 bedroom/apt floor than a hotel, it can get quite noisy. I was woken in the morning by the sound of doors banging and people using the coffee machine right outside my door. We were only there for one night and the location and the lovely Mario more than made up for these little quibbles so we still had a great time but if we were staying for longer I dont think I would stay there again sadly. Sorry Mario!

We stayed here on our trip to Rome and we loved it. It was centrally located, with tons of eateries right down any given street nearby. If you are in Rome for site seeing, like we were, this is the perfect place. It is not a typical hotel in that it has no restaurant, or spa but who needs that when everything is so close. I really don't think we could have picked anywhere that was better for our time in Rome. All the staff was super nice. One caveat-- there are no irons allowed in rooms in Italy-- I hung my clothes in the bathroom while showering and it seemed to take most of the wrinkles out :)

They do have Wifi and a little fridge with beverages.

We had four nights at the Crossing Condotti and it was perfect. The concierge were very helpful and full of good advice. The rooms were lovely and everything you needed were at hand. It's a real find and I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we next return to Rome. The location is just near the Spanish Steps and the wonderful shoppping on via Condotti. Also close to the Metro for travelling to other locations in the city. I recommend this to anyone staying in Rome for a few days, not so suitable for young children but ok for older ones although there are only 5 rooms. I don't really want to share this hotel in case it gets booked up for my next visit!
