Stayed at the Papavista for 3 nights last Sunday to Wednesday with my 17 year old daughter - and we loved it, would recommend to anyone without a doubt!! Our room was spacious and clean and we were both very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. Loved the hot chocolate + chocolate danish/doughnuts for breakfast, also nice selection for people who aren't chocoholics like me!! Hotel nicely situated for Vatican City, and also close to Tube station to get about to other places.
The ONLY negative point for me is the fact there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms - after a hard day's sight-seeing I was dying for a brew!

Papavista was a very pleasant surprise in Rome. We stayed 4 nights there and we had great treatment and services. Alessandra was very helpful with finding a shuttle to Ciampino for us; the lady serving breakfast in the morning always remembered what kind of cofee we would have.
We will definetely come back again there, maybe even this autumn. The location is great, close to metro and near the walls of Vatican.
The room was cosy and clean, with great view, a generous bathroom and nice decorations.

There is not bad word that i can say against PapaVista Relais. Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, superb service...the list goes on!
From the very start when i needed to change my booking ,in what was a very busy time for tourism in Rome due to the champions league final, they were very accomodating and extremely helpful. They organised transfers for me which were spot on, on time,fast and honest, helped direct me to the places i needed to see, all in all, helped make my trip a wonderful stay and experience. And yes, it really is only a stones throw from the Vatican museum, superb location for all your tourist needs!
The rooms are great, very clean, up to date and looked after, sky TV, fridge-nothing else really needed. I hope that PapaVista Relais stays like this as I will definitely be using it the next time I am in Roma.
I think what really makes this place is the staff who are brilliant, so helpful and accomodating-Thank you guys and I hope to see you again.

What set this accommodation apart from the other 15 plus hotels during our stay in Italy was the hospitality, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. David stayed after midnight to ensure our safe arrival and even made us a cup of tea at that hour. Alessandra made enquiries into our supposedly already booked Vatican tour and found that it did not exist, and proceeded to make us a last-minute booking on what turned out to be an excellent tour. The accommodation itself was superior, with a spacious room and large bathroom, new, clean, modern furnishings, and an excellent breakfast each morning. They provided excellent tea when they found we preferred it to the flavoured tea they already offered. The location next to the Vatican, and close to subway connections was also a plus. All in all, an excellent way to end our 24-day trip to Italy.
