This is a fantastic place to stay. Room very clean and met all of our needs. WiFi free with our stay. Quiet area yet close to transportation, shopping and sites. Front desk staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast with a host of pasteries, cereal and drinks. Left luggage after checking out to do the sightseeing and collected in the afternoon to go on cruise. Pier, the owner, was most generous helping us when we came to retrieve our luggage offering assistance, food and water. Would definately stay here again.

After so many rave reviews on Trip Advisor, I tried not to have unreasonable expectations but this place really is as good as others have said. I went with my wife, my 8 year old son and my mum (in her 70s) for three nights and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Suite Dreams is ideal for a city break in Rome where you don't spend much time in the hotel but need it to be convenient for sightseeing and comfortable to return to. The hotel comprises just 15 rooms, a reception area and a breakfast room, all on the first floor of an old, elegant building. If you want lots of facilities, look elsewhere but we thought it was perfect for what we wanted.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the bathrooms are modern and everything is spotlessly clean. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is exceptional and there are some nice touches like free bottled water in the minibar and free internet. My son liked the free sweets, too!

Criticisms? Can't really think of any. It really is as good as the reviews lead you to believe.

My wife and I spent two wonderful nights in Rome. We stayed at the Suite Dreams and found the place to be exceptional. Nothing was difficult for the lovely staff.

They let us leave our bags at the hotel and also let us use a room to change. They also provided us with some great recommendations to dine in. They also recommended a great coffee shop that is near to them which converts to a bar in the evenings. The stand up coffee is just 1 EUR.

The bathroom is a bit small but the bed makes up for this shortcomings. Also the elevator is quite small.

My husband I read reviews about this hotel and boy we were glad we made that decision. If you have never been to Europe you will should know that most rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller. We arrived at our hotel and the staff even took the time to show us our room and even showed us how to use all the lights and A/C-heater unit. It is in a great location right next to the train station and behind one of the busiest streets. Dont worry we didnt have any problems with the noise at all. The owner was so nice he even helped call one of our tours cause they were late. He recommended nice resturants, bars, lounges and anything we wanted to visit. The rooms are super clean and spacious and felt like we were back at home. This hotel is a winner in my book and when we go back to Rome we will stay again. Well worth it!
