If you are looking for a hotel, with restaurant, swimming pool, sauna, business center, etc.. forget it - this is a perfect B&B !

Service is very good and helpful, and will give you nice indications about everything in Rome. Rooms are clean and brand new - what is a big difference comparing to other hotels in Europe in general. Big rooms but no view. The hotel is located in a hidden street close to Piazza Republica, and in the building are other B&B's. We took a cab organized by the hotel and everything was great (and you pay exactly the same fees as any other cab).

Breakfast is good and serves more than usual in Italy. Location is also good, in a safe area, close to Termini station (10 minutes walk, with luggage), 2 blocks from Republica metro station and easy walking to most of attractions in Centro Storico area.

I would recommend this hotel to all, and it will be for sure my next choice for staying in Rome !

Having frequently traveled the globe for business and pleasure, neither my wife nor I have experienced the high level of service that we found at Suite Dreams. Unfortunately we only spent one night at the hotel - other nights in Rome at Marriott Grand Flora and Westin Excelsior - but in hindsight wish we would have booked our entire stay in Rome at Suite Dreams.

The level of personalized, yet unobtrusive service at this hotel rivals what we've experienced at five star properties around the globe - think Four Seasons. As others have commented, the rooms are comfortable with a modernistic flair and very clean. While the unassuming entrance to the property may give pause to some travelers, please know one of Rome's true hidden gems in nestled comfortably inside. We will definitely book our next stay in Rome at Suite Dreams. Safe travels.

We stayed a few nights in February. Our room was new, large and well thought out. The bathroom was fantastic. The fittings are quality. A lot of attention has gone into the details (things like blockout shutters on the window). It is an easy (5 to 10 minute) walk from the main Rome railway station and only a minute or two from the subway. Also easy walking distance to the old centre of town. Highly recommended.

I found the hotel on trip advisor and after reading the good reviews decided to go for it and am very glad i did. It is as good as the reviews - I can't find anything negative about it (and I usually stay at big chain hotels). It is a nice little hotel on a side street but very close to transportation (metro and train) as others have mentioned. We always felt safe in the area (but I personally I wouldn't walk to the train station in the dark but I wouldn't do that at home either). When we got there our room wasn't ready at 10am so we left our bags (right there in the lobby - being just a bit untrusting) and came back to find them in our room waiting for us. The staff is friendly and helpful and always said hi. They all speak English so communication is no problem. The breakfast was very good for Europe - and I loved the little Nespresso machine! We had a double room - the beds were comfy and the bathroom was large. There was a grocery store right down the street and at the train station (love grocery stores). The room has a fridge you can put stuff in. It is close to many sites and you can walk to alot of them. I'd definitely stay there again without hesitation.
