There doesn't seem to be much to add to the positive reviews this hotel receives on TripAdvisor. We stayed for ten nights recently and felt it gave very good value for money.
We look for three things from a hotel - clean, quiet and a good bed. We loved the very firm mattresses, the rooms were cleaned well each day (though they are really stingy with soap!), and the room was probably as quiet as you could expect in central Rome. We hardly even heard the other guests. Loved the blackout blinds.
The staff was great, making lots of dinner reservations for us and helping with getting to some sites farther out from central Rome that we wanted to visit. We had a couple of minor items that we brought to their attention during the stay and they were dealt with very promptly.
My only caveat is that there was a party on both Friday nights of our visit, somewhere on the street, not in the hotel. It ran until about 1:30am both times. Obviously this could happen anywhere and the hotel can't control it, but it was irritating.
Breakfast was good, always started the day with a couple of Nespressos.
