We went here for a dinner. An old man (problably the owner), who was our waiter that evening, did not speak a word of English. But that was not a surprise and one can really not expect that in Italy.
Food was ok, nothing special. We had average bucatini all'amatriciana and very good tiramisu. The bill was not a pleasant surprise for us. Ten euros for pasta and five euros for a dessert are ok prices (considering Rome and the Colosseum area), but 14 euros for a 0,7 l of house wine is twice the average price. The bill was also written by hand.
