We spent one night here in between visits to the archaelogical sites at Herculaneum and Pompeii, and paid approx. Euro 50 for a spacious double room with breakfast.
It's in a good location - 10 mins walk from either train station (Pompeii Sanctuario on the Vesuviano, or the FS station), 10 mins from the eastern entrance to the ruins, less than 5 mins from the impressive Duomo, and close to restaurants.
Breakfast is a bit scanty but this seems typical of many Italian B&Bs. And because the rooms are separated by connecting doors, you have to hope you don't have loud neighbours. Wi-Fi worked fine. The owner and his equally charming daschund were very friendly. Both this B&B and restaurants we ate at in Pompeii offered excellent quality for money and I would highly recommend spending at least a night in Pompeii, rather than doing a one-day trek from Naples.
