“Ok - some good things some bad things”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Had worst possible room closest to the street on a floor that required going up one level then walking down another level. There was a staircase right next to room so we heard everyone walking up and down the stairs. In the morning there was plenty of noise outside slamming of the gate closing. Breakfast was poor no healthy options except fruit. Cereals all laced in sugar. Juices very sugary. Plenty of pastries, muffins and cooked food. We ended up buying our own muesli and bringing it to breakfast. I saw a lady bring her own toast as they only had white bread! Staff helped us take luggage to room and out of room. Booked us a fixed cost taxi to train station. I asked for a kettle but they said I had to ask for hot water and they would send it to our room. I had to ask twice very inconvenient. Bathroom is good very spacious, good shower water doesn't go all over the floor like most bathrooms. Internet was slow at times. Room had an air conditioner which was nice. Large room had 2 singles together and a single on its own. Great location close to Dante Metro station which is only a few stops to central. Letto restaurant next door where you get 10% discount was lovely so many healthy tasty food options. Reception was generally empty. From the reviews it appears people who book through the hotel get the better rooms. Not sure if I'd stay again.

Very modern, trendy hotel in great location for restaurants, bars, metro and the old city. The staff couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice, fresh & delicious a good start for a busy day of sight seeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Naples and would certainly return. The bedroom was very clean & modern and we had upgraded to a terrace room with a view over the city & bay which was well worth it.

Room Tip: All rooms seemed quiet, pay extra and book a terrace room with view of the Bay

I won't repeat everything that has been said already. A few things about the room: very comfortable bed, smartly laid out, very clean. We were in room 607. It is a small room with a very large terrace looking out on Vesuvius.at first I was concerned about the room size, but it was just fine. Wonderful breakfast; in particular, the fresh ricotta (the best ricotta I have ever tasted and unlike anything I have had in the U.S.) and the cakes from L'Etto, the related restaurant next door. A few words about Naples-- I, like many others, was worried about coming here. Garbage, crime, noisy, traffic, etc. well, maybe because I live in NYC but i thought the streets were not garbage strewn; in fact, in certain neighborhoods they were much cleaner than my NYC neighborhood. We did not get pickpocketed. Yes there are beggars; plenty in NYC also. The subway and station were clean, seemed quite new, and the main station, Garibaldi, did not feel unsafe. It was architecturally interesting, new and clean. Yes, the Circumvesuviana to Pompeii is old and full of graffiti but we got seats and felt safe. We were not bothered by the traffic, again, no worse than NYC. Area around the hotel is full of booksellers and grand, if somewhat dilapidated, buildings. An excellent restaurant on each side of the hotel.

This place is perfect, reasonable priced and very modern decor. The staff is super helpful, they speak fluent English, and provided us with a upgraded room. We took a 16 euro cab ride from the train station with no problems. The neighborhood is safe and very picturesque. The hotel property is beautiful! Top Notch!! Do not hesitate to stay here.

We found a great deal for this hotel by hunting around online and were not disappointed. The building is newly renovated and they've done a great creating a modern, calm atmosphere. The inner courtyard is a nice touch, as is the extensive breakfast. Piazza Bellini is a great spot, and steps from the best parts of Centro Storico. Check out the happy hour special at the cafe/bar at the square - excellent food/drink combo.

Smallish, modern hotel, somewhat oddly laid out (getting to some rooms requires multiple stairways and hallways), but very comfortable and pretty, with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed cocktails in the courtyard and very good breakfasts.

Room Tip: I would forgo a balcony/view for a larger room; some are tiny.

Hotel Piazza Bellini appears to be a classic and stately hotel built in an old palace and this is confirmed as you walk into the beautiful courtyard from the busy road outside. Once through the doors you are in another world. My first thought was "Can we really afford to stay here?" Yes we could. It was very good value.
Piazza Bellini is bright white, sparkly clean and modern with signs in a cool modern font and splashes of bright colour wherever you look. Staff look smart in their casual grey uniforms and cannot do enough to help you. The room (607) was small but big enough and well equipped with gorgeous ensuite and a large balcony with views of Naples in one direction and the towering Vesuvius opposite. Breakfast offered an excellent choice. Too much choice to list it all!
This hotel is perfectly positioned for sightseeing. Just a short stroll in one direction and you are facing the National Archeological Museum with many statues, mosaics and artifacts from Pompeii and Herculaneum. You can also catch the hop on / off city tour bus here which is brilliant to get a snapshot of the city if you don't have long there. Go the other way and you find yourself deep in the historical centre of old Napoli. It's noisy and covered in graffiti but beautiful and oozing character from every building. We never once felt threatened despite Naples risky reputation.
We asked the hotel to call a taxi for us to get to the airport. "It will be outside the hotel in three minutes". Really? He lied, it wasn't three minutes, it was four! Impressive or what?

Room Tip: 607 and 608 have large balconies with views of Naples and Vesuvius
