Had worst possible room closest to the street on a floor that required going up one level then walking down another level. There was a staircase right next to room so we heard everyone walking up and down the stairs. In the morning there was plenty of noise outside slamming of the gate closing. Breakfast was poor no healthy options except fruit. Cereals all laced in sugar. Juices very sugary. Plenty of pastries, muffins and cooked food. We ended up buying our own muesli and bringing it to breakfast. I saw a lady bring her own toast as they only had white bread! Staff helped us take luggage to room and out of room. Booked us a fixed cost taxi to train station. I asked for a kettle but they said I had to ask for hot water and they would send it to our room. I had to ask twice very inconvenient. Bathroom is good very spacious, good shower water doesn't go all over the floor like most bathrooms. Internet was slow at times. Room had an air conditioner which was nice. Large room had 2 singles together and a single on its own. Great location close to Dante Metro station which is only a few stops to central. Letto restaurant next door where you get 10% discount was lovely so many healthy tasty food options. Reception was generally empty. From the reviews it appears people who book through the hotel get the better rooms. Not sure if I'd stay again.
