“Overall a good place to stay!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2015

This place is run by a father and son. Despite the fact that the father could not speak English he did his best to communicate with us. His son does speak some English and was a big help. The place was clean and the breakfast adequate. We had a very large room overlooking the street with a tiny balcony which we loved. Watching the daring drivers of scooters mixed with cars and trucks was entertaining. It is amazing how they weave in and out without crashing! This place is within walking distance of the national museum. There is a bus that stops very near the B&B that you can get in front of the museum if you don't want to walk. The is also a metro stop at the museum. While this seems away from attractions it was very easy to get around with public transportation.

Quite close to the Archeological museum, in an easy to reach street in the city center. Spacious, clean rooms, with ample bathroom and free wi-fi. The personnel is really friendly and helpful.
Very cheap, great value.

We stayed for two nights in this wonderful hotel. Although there were only four rooms to begin with, the rooms we were given were well furnished and we couldn't complain about the size, as they were HUGE. Space aside the place is quiet and peaceful, high speed WiFi included! Bed and breakfast, we got more than what was advertised. When we arrived at the hotel we realised that the 'hotel' was in fact a modified apartment made to house four guest rooms, a service kitchen and a living/dining room. Our landlord Angelo was an old, but rather enthusiastic and extremely friendly man. You wouldn't find anywhere more welcoming than here, his treatment towards us akin to a warm and gentle grandfather. Personally serving coffee and hot chocolate, recommending restaurants and grabbing a discount just by mentioning his name we were delighted to be treated like VIPS. B&B aside two of us decided to get a haircut and we were surprised the barbers too knew who Angelo and his son (Dario) were! In overall I'd give a straight 5/5 for Terra Mia for service, hospitality, and accommodation. Would recommend to book early just to be sure as they only have four (albeit huge) rooms in one instance.

This is a very friendly, family hotel, a walking distance to city center. Although my feet are swollen I enjoyed walking in Naples. It is the best way of seeing details in the city otherwise you miss. Ah Angelo a great man. He is not only an Italian but a Neapolitan! :) He may not speak much English but I grantee you he will do everything to improve your Italian I did really enjoyed his company and our conversations in three languages; Italian, English and Turkish.
Grazie per il vostro contributo . Thank you, Tesekkur ederim Angelo

The place is within a short walk to the archeological museum, within
walking distance to a bus stop that takes you to Capodimonte museum,
and within a slightly longer walk to Piazza Dante and Duomo. Very
clean, spacious room, friendly and helpful owner, very competitive
price. What more can one ask for? It's true that the street outside is
chaotic and loud, but that's Naples. Unless you want to live on the
hills, near the Capoditmonte, for example, you can either take it or
leave it. Besides, once you close the window, the street is a world
away from you and it's very quiet. Both Angelo and Dario are
knowledgeable and courteous, and they give excellent advise to about
practical things like laundry and restaurants.

Dario and Angelo were impeccable hosts. They were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were delicious, I am usually a traditionalist but I was tempted by and enjoyed the delicious pastries. The location was ideal for our stay, close to the archaeological museum and the underground. I had a brilliant time.

Terra Mia is really conveniently located, and offers an oasis of calm in the middle of Naples. The friendliness of the staff is what made it stand out for me - Dario and Angelo were excellent hosts, very helpful and accommodating! Our room was large and impeccably clean, and the fresh pastries for breakfast were excellent. I went with my mum for a trip for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it.
