...it's clear the way they keep down the costs is with a small staff. Nobody is in attendance shortly after normal working hours, and short of declaring an emergency there is no lobby or service. If that's okay with you - and it was with us - then by all means go well advised. The building was built in the 1600's for a baron and shows some touches of that period in the ceilings and exteriors. The hotel is charming with engaging artistry displayed and quiet rooms off a busy Naples cityscape. Amenities: our balcony was wonderful notwithstanding that our retrofit bathroom had problems with the shower head mounting; turning on the television was a hopelessly complicated mess, even for a technician, and WIFI is only available in the hallways and reading room. We enjoyed the included breakfast served in our room very much and thought it a good value, but specific info is the key to fulfilled expectations and that's why we've provided it here.
