“A good choice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2012

We felt inmersed in Napoli, the room was remodeled and transmitted everything was new. All the staff, specially Nico and Max were corteous and helpful.
They advertise all rooms have a kitchenette and refrigerator but mine had neither one. At your arrival, knowing where to tell the driver to drop you is crucial, since via Chiaia is a pedestrian street most of the day and you will have to stroll your luggage to the hotel.

This hotel has a great location with easy access to the best parts of Naples. The rooms are clean and comfortable although street noise can be a deterrent to a great nights sleep.

However, my family and I just can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. Max and RJ made us feel like we were honored guests in their living room and gave fabulous suggestions for eating and sites around town.

When/if we return to Naples, this is our hotel!

We had a fantastic stay (3 nights) at the Hotel Residence Plebiscito. The hotel is situated on Via Chiaia, which is a pedestrian zone (as far as I could tell the only one in Naples that no cars drove through!) and a main shopping street about 5 minutes from the Chiaia area, which is great for going out in the evenings. The hotel itself is very clean, nicely decorated and surprisingly quiet considering its location. The room was very large, with a couch and even a nice kitchenette, the bathroom was modern and well equipped. The staff was exceptional. RJ and Max run the reception and go to great lengths to fulfill any needs and provide recommendations. They were also just really frinedly and fun to talk to. We particularly enjoyed breakfast in the small lobby area, a delicious assortment of Neopolitan pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices and fresh cappuccino. The first morning of our stay, we slept in and didn't come down to the lobby until 11:15 am and Max insisted on bringing us pastries and juice and making us cappuccino although the buffet had been cleared away (breakfast is served until 11:00 am, which I already found unusually generous). The hotel felt very safe, the front door was locked at night but there was always someone at the front desk to let us in when we got in late. Very highly recommend and will definately stay here again!

Great choice. The room, service and location exceeded our expectations. All of Naples is conveniently located a short walk away. Cabs were always available in Piazza Carolina two blocks away. Rooms were immaculate each day. The bed was very comfortable. The extra room with a kitchenette and a table with chairs provided the extra space needed for our extended stay. Max and hotel staff were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They couldn't do enough for us. The traditional Neapolitan breakfast, fresh baked goods, cappuccino, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal was a good start to the day. The typical Naples 'balcony' was a pleasant surprise.

Room Tip: Ask for a low floor and a room in the front.

I love travelling and i am fond of visiting historical and antique cities. Despite the reviews here I really wasn't sure what to expect, but was quite impressed on my arrival at Naples, This hotel really wows me. The hotel is immaculate and well kept. The structure of each room was very relaxing and comfortable with good storage,TV (Satellite), Wifi, mini-kitchen & the beds extremely comfortable. There was a welcome basket of fresh fluffy white terry robes and new terry slippers to wear. The bathroom was really squeaky clean. Linens were perfect and plentiful.
The breakfast buffet offering was great and the bar located on the ground floor is really nice. The staff were very friendly and hospitable and the best of all, they can understand English which is very crucial for a traveller like me.
On the right side you'll have the famous theatre San Carlo and the historican Piazza Plebiscito and other famous Italian Castles and on the left there is a street with lots of boutiques and restaurants.
And for those travellers who want to experience the difference, this hotel is highly-reccomended because it offers everthing under one roof, its near by the park and only a few steps in the city. the ratio between price and the service is perfect! I love this hotel, it’s the best for me and my friends.

This aparthotel is very nicely situated near Piazza Plebiscito et on Via Chiaia, with lots of trendy shops.
The rooms are big and very clean. The bed is good, there are lots of towels. In our room (and in another room where we stayed last year), there was a nice kitchen.
On the negative side: the lift doesn't work and we had to go up some steep stairs until the 2nd floor. Also, from a certain hour, taxis are not allowed to drive on via Chiaia and they have to leave you at 100 m down the road.
The breakfast is really continental, I mean it's not really a buffet and myself I found it a little bit scarse.
There are very nice restaurants and bars near the hotel.

I chose the best hotel for us. I was born in Napoli and so I know what I am talking about. My family and I returned after many years. The location was great, in he middle of everything. The rooms were impeccable and a pleasure to come back to after a full day of walking in Napoli, in July's heat. A great experience from the beginning of the day starting with a great espresso, lots of smiles and maps to guide us through the day. The cherry on top? .....Meeting the owners, their daughter and Pippo the beagle. Thanks to them, we were able to visit, in a limited amount of time, the best sites, churches and eat the best local food ever! Thank you again for a great experience.
