My boyfriend and I stayed one night at the Floridiana and it was a beautiful hotel. We actually stayed there the last night it was open for the season and they completely accomodated us so that we could leave our luggage while we explored, even though they were closing.
The rooms were so romantic and crisp and the view cannot be beat. The staff was more than friendly and helpful.
We had a corner room with the most spectacular view and balcony, perfect for sitting and drinking wine.
The only tricky part to this hotel is actually finding it! This is partially our fault. We didn't bring our specific directions with us and called when we arrived at the port. You have to take the cable car up the mountain and then wind around several streets once you are there. We were told it was "easy" which it is once you know where you're going! :) Make sure you get as detailed of directions as possible.
I'm sure there are just as many lovely hotels on Capri, but this one has to be one of the best.
