We were originally booked at “Hotel Zi Teresa. When we arrived the front desk said it was our lucky day our room had technical issues and they booked us at their sister hotel “Palazzo Guardati Sorrento “; they paid and called for a cab and off we went. (Incidentally Zi Teresa seemed very nice; front desk staff amazing). Palazzo Guardati’s location is excellent right in the main square, large and beautiful rooms, breakfast good, one hour of free Wi-Fi; considered a four star hotel; staff not incredibly friendly, but helpful when asked.

Stayed in this hotel with a group of friends end of September. Very spacious rooms also very clean. Great location, just of the main piazza. Small pool on the roof of hotel which was very nice you could also have lunch on the roof as well. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in this hotel for four nights. It is in a good location with fabulous views over the Bay of Naples from its rooftop pool/bar area. The room was spacious and clean and shower very good but no view whatsoever and quite noisy, don't know if it was from the restaurant next door or not.
Breakfast was average for Italian hotels. Felt that the staff weren't particularly friendly apart from the bar man on the rooftop.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as I remebered it. Amazing locaion, beautiful hotel, very well kept, large rooms.....PERFECT! The added bonus of this trip was the time of year - with the weather in the high 20's almost 30 degrees each day, we took full advantage of their roof top pool and sun deck. This was the perfect oasis after a long day on our feet. We spent a few afternoons up there, taking in the sun with a good book, and an afternoon nap ;)

Will definetly return and recommend this hotel to everyone.
