It was so nice to have something that 1. wasn't Italian/pizza and 2. wasn't more than 10 E per person for a dinner.
From the photos on the wall inside, it looks like the place is run by a few brothers. One of them spoke good English and helped explain the menu. (The menu is posted, but since it's very terse, a description from the owner was a must). He told us all the sauce options and happily took our order. In addition to our pita sandwiches, which were 5E each, we also ordered french fries- I didn't see this on the menu, but saw someone else get them so I asked for an order too.
There's some bar/counter seating and only about 3 smaller tables in the entire place. One of the owners smoked right outside the door, which caused us to be close to smoke as we were eating (front door to restaurant remained open).
The falafel pitas weren't too great, but considering I saw the cook take them out of a bag and then fry them (aka they weren't made fresh/on site), that explain why. The sauces that you could choose from helped make up for this though, so I ended up enjoying the pita anyway. The fries came out straight from the fryer and were hot and delicious to eat.
