We spent 5 days in Sorrento and picked this hotel based on other positive Trip Advisor reviews.

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Sorrento and only a 10 minute stroll to the main Piazza Tasso. The hotel staff were very friendly and happy to offer sight-seeing information and dinning recommendations. We only used the tunnel shuttle twice as the tunnel isn't that steep and only takes a few minutes to walk through. Our room was located on the 2nd floor and was clean, bright and of a good size. Although not quite as modern as some of the images on the website might have indicated, the sea view from the balcony was fantastic and more than made up for the slightly old fashioned interior. Our bathroom was clean although quite basic and the shower cubicle was a little narrow. We didn't have any problems with noise, despite the hotel seeming reasonably busy. We took breakfast in the hotel every day and were pleased with the selection available. Almost everything was served self-service buffet style, with eggs then cooked to order and there was certainly a wide enough choice to suit most tastes.

We travelled to the hotel via the air-coach at a cost of €10 each and took a taxi to the hotel which cost a further €15 (much cheaper than the €90 quoted to us by one company for a one way mini-bus transfer!)

The public transport system in the region is frequent and reliable, and we would recommend using this to travel to the main tourist attractions unless you really want to go on a guided tour. The train from Sorrento to Pompeii costs only €3 return, leaves every 30 minutes and Pompeii station is only a 3 minute walk to the site entrance. The boat to Capri was €27 return each, with 2 sailings per hour on either the hydrofoil or ferry. The Funicular tram (€1.40 each) is located directly opposite the Marina Grande in Capri, and will take you up to the main centre of capri in less than 5 minutes.

We stayed from June 12th for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful holiday. The hotel is beautiful but you need to be fit to walk up the entrance tunnel that is approx 200 yards long. However there are buggies that staff will transport you up and down the tunnel which is a great help. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Franco and Mario
( Head Waiters ) ensure that all your needs are met in the restraurant. The food is excellent in the dining room and at lunchtime the snack meals are equally good. The swimming pool is large with a separate childrens pool and there are plenty of deck chairs which are free to use. There is a daily charge of 5 euros for a sunlounger which is good value for money. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space which is sometimes lacking in some Hotels. We were in room 317 with a sea view and my sister stayed in a single room 132 which she was more than happy with.
The only negative thing about The Conca Park is that our flight home was not until the evening and although the room has to be vacated by 12 noon my husband paid 40 euros extra to keep the room longer. At 2 40pm we were told we had to vacate the room. We were not told this when they took the 40 euros so beware and don't pay any extra to keep the room longer. Had we known we only could keep the room for a further 3 hours we would not have bothered. The moral of this is to try and get a morning flight back to the UK. However it was a very enjoyable holiday and we would return again.

we stayed in sorrento for a family wedding, the hotel staff were very friendly.we stayed in room 146 which had great sea views over sorrento town.the hotel is in an excellent position for the shops and bars, the pool is big and clean and safe for kids.we took our 2 year old son and he loved the hotel especially the run up and down the tunnel(see photo).we stayed on a b&b basis and there was a good choice each morning including bacon and omelettes, the only bad points were they charge 15 euros a night for a travel cot s so we took our own which was a pain and the pool bar is quite expensive at 4 euros an ice cream and 4.5euros a slush otherwise conca park is an excellent hotel

Stayed for 1 week with another couple. Sea view is worth paying for and room 511 has excellent view. Sea view was not available on 1 room when we arrived but the receptionist changed the room without any issue. This is a great location and everything is within walking distance. It can be a little noisy in the mornings when people are closing doors or using showers etc. so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend bring ear plugs. Great breakfast - omelettes, fried egg and bacon, cold meats, fresh fruit etc. The pool area is very nice and we did not have to pay for beds, safe or fridge use. Other guests were asked to pay for beds, maybe we weren't because we payed for sea view, I didn't question it. The main street is around the corner. Turn left when you leave the hotel, cross the road and turn right. Port is about a 20 minute walk. Food and drinks are expensive in the hotel but there is a view nice bar just beside the hospital called "The Kiosk". Valeri and Franco are the owners and Valerie speaks perfect english. This is a lovely open air terraced Bar and the drinks are very reasonable. Valerie gave us great advice on where to eat and how to get around. One very nice restaurant was Villa Rubinacci. It is situated in the grounds of the Eden Hotel which is just past Pizza Tasso on the left hand side just after all the flags, turn left and the hotel eden is on your right. This is where the Italians eat and was very buzzy and cheap. Food was excellent. We arranged for a car to pick us up at Naple airport through Circumvisea, the main bus company. The cost was 90 Euros for 4 people and it was well worth it. It take approximately 1 hour to reach the hotel. Vistied Capri, Positano and Pompei. Capri was very expensive and I wouldn't have any inclination to return. Positano is also very upmarket but the views when you arrive on the ferry are spectacular and I would definitely go back there. Went to Pompei on the train - Euros 3.80 return, Euros 11 entrance fee. A guide will charge you Euros 10 each if he gets 10 people. You really need a guide and we felt this was well worth it. Pompei is not to be missed. Naples airport is very small and the duty free is tiny and not cheap. Overall I would definitely return to Sorrento again and stay at the Conca Park.

Booked 4 nights in an ordinary double room. When we arrived we asked if a quiet room would be available. They gave us a room with sea-view and balcony!

Beautiful modern room. Bathroom rather mixed. The shower does not seem to get cleaned. It also gets quiet noisy as it is close to the centre. These are the only complaints we have. When we complained about the fridge (did not function), they brought a new one in.

Buffet breakfast is very nice (fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, omelette and eggs on-demand, cereals, pastries, ...).

Service with electric car to get to the hotel (through the tunnel) is great. Personnel were all very friendly and helpful.

Very nice outlook.
Great looking pool but we did not use it.
10-minute walk to the centre (Piazza Tasso).
