Went there for lunch today. Being food lovers who enjoy not only food but the interactions that occur as part of the whole experience, we were very disappointed here.
Went to order a light starter of a pizza to share and were quickly told that we could not. No negotiating. Told basically, we should order a salad so we said we wanted to think it over. Decided to order a second pizza. Both were tasty but certainly not extraordinary by any means. The wait staff stood around talking with each other and at no stage seemed even slightly interested in us or how the meal was. No conversation with us. We left wishing we had gone somewhere else. Lots of other fabulous places we could have eaten at but we had been recommended to eat here. Don't bother. Walked by tonight and there was nobody eating here but lots of diners at nearby restaurants. Advice tip #1 to the owner: teach your staff about friendly interactions with patrons. Tip #2: the customer's needs and wants always come first. Wanted to give no rating at all but gave a '1' because we have to. Perhaps the most joyless dining experience EVER?
