Stayed here for 3 nights in May, 2014. It's an easy walk from the Salerno train station, and as others have stated there is no sign out front. The lobby appears to have been newly renovated and has the look of a cute boutique hotel. Off the lobby is a computer station and lounge area. The front desk staff was friendly and had a very good command of English. Since they are undergoing renovations, you must leave your key with the front desk whenever you leave the hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor was renovated, however, others in our party had rooms that were still a work in progess. There is a free continental breakfast on the 5th floor, which has a nice rooftop patio with great views and nicely decorated.
The hotel is right in the centre of town with an easy walk to the Positano/Amalfi/Capri ferries. The street is a pedestrian walkway, so very few cars and lots of stores. All in all, a good stay at a decent hotel. Would love to see it once renovations are fully done.
