“Definitely a day to remember and worth it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

Like the other reviewers here, we were delighted with all aspects of this trip. We booked at the very last minute and were somewhat confused about where to meet the boat. So while we were still on the phone to the company receptionist, she had obviously sent someone to find us, because suddenly a gentleman came up and greeted us. This was just the start of a day filled with this approach to service.
Yes, there will still be a 'tour boat' approach to visiting the various sites and grottos, but this is really the only thing one can expect. There are dozens of tour operators all competeing for the same space on the ocean, the boat operators have to cooperate with each other, or it would be chaos. Somehow, our driver, Salvatore, always seemed to manage to arrive at a special site when the other traffic was scant. I suspect this was not just luck.
The ice chest was filled with all types of drinks, including champagne (which our group was happy to sample!). We were 9 on board and it all felt very spacious. We did not know the other people before the trip started, but we parted good acquaintances.

Recommendation: do not be afraid to ask your boat operator for any changes or special requests. They really do want to be accommodating.

“Totally worth the cost!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2013

At first it seemed like alot - 99 euros - but the trip was worth the cost and in the end I realized it really was an exceptional value. Our captain Alesso was fabulous. He was knowledgeable about the sites and could really handle the boat which was beautiful. There was plenty of room on board given the size of the boat and the limit to 12 people. The facilities were nice too. We got to see many grottos up close and personal and actually went through the famous Capri rocks. The green grotto was extra and required a transfer and really wasn't worth it. After the green grotto most of the boat decided to skip the blue grotto and enjoy more time on board.
We did our free time in Capri - three hours was more than sufficient - and headed back with some swimming on the way. I would strongly recommend this experience!

“Treat yourself!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 21, 2013

If you are planning a day trip to Capri while you are in Amalfi then book this company. Fantastic day trip. It is a whole day in a beautiful boat which takes you along the Amalfi coast line with stops to go into the caves, a swim off the side of the boat, 3 hours in Capri. Wouldn't have missed this for the world....great day out.

“The only way to see the Amalfi coast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

We did the tour in mid September and were very lucky with the weather. There were only 10 of us on the boat which was very spacious and great for swimming off the back of.
We were collected from our hotel at Conca Dei Marini and taken to Amalfi where we boarded the boat at 10am.
A trip down towards Minori and then back up the coast towards Capri stopping at Grotto Esmerelda on the way.
We were able to anchor off Capri and swim off the back of the boat which was great. Towels and cold drinks are provided.
We then had 3 hrs in Capri for lunch and explore. From our point of view this would have been best avoided as it was crammed with tourists. It would have been much more fun if we had been dropped off at one of the waterfront restaurants to have lunch and another swim. We returned back to Amalfi at about 5pm. All in all a very good day and the only way to get a big picture view of the Amalfi coast. Money well spent.
