“Good restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

Looking for something to eat around 16 hours we were expecting very touristic food. But we couldn't have been more wrong :). The mussles were excellent and the ravioli as well. Very very good melanzane alla parmigiana. And not to forget: the portions are pretty generous. Would go back anytime.

“Average food, nice atmosphere”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

The menu promised a lot but did not quite deliver in flavour. The mussels seemed to be small and many did not open. The carbonara was pleasant but lacked pancetta and cheese to give it flavour. The rose wine was the best that we have had on the amalfi coast.

It has to be said that the ambience is extremely nice. The service is extremely fast which could be a good or a bad thing depending on if you need to race back for the SITA bus. Free bruschetta as an appetiser was a nice touch.

The prices weren't extremely high for being in such a prime location in Amalfi.

A pleasant experience but won't be returning.

“Popular local spot - get there early”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2013

Situated on the main street, this spot is small and friendly. Great fish dishes and pastas. Tends to fill up quickly, so either book or get there early. Friendly staff, great service and good vibe.

“Very Good!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2013

The food was great, prices were good. Really felt like I got an authentic Italian meal. They had a set menu that you could choose to get 3-4 courses.

“A Pleasant Surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2013

We ate dinner at this restaurant on our first night in Amalfi and what a pleasure it was. We all ordered the "Tourist Menu" @ Euro25. Our waiter was friendly, helpful and took a pride in his work. Before we even started our meal we were given delicious bruschetta to nibble on plus a basket of fresh crusty bread. There was a choice of 4 dishes per course catering to all tastes and the quality of every plate of food was excellent. Portions were just right and we came away replete and very impressed.
