I stayed at this B&B in August 2011.
The rooms we stayed in was really big. It was clean, new bathroom. good bed. Our room was the last one at the end of the corridor. I think the other might be a bit smaller (but maybe cheaper also, we paid 70€ per night)
You have a small kitchennette in your room : it is nice if you want to make a coffee or eat something, but dont expect to cook anything (no pan)
The B&B is well located : at the top of Matera (close to the Duomo), a bit high but you have less tourists around. The location is beautiful. You enter in a really nice courtyard with stairs and a view on all Matera. Amazing view.
You do not have the great view of Matera from the rooms, the window are mainly facing the back of the building, but it was not bad.
The couple who owns the place is really nice. They do not speak good English at all which was a problem a bit. But they tried their very best to explain us everything and help us if we had any questions.
Breakfast was nice : croissants - fruits - tea - cofee- It is served in the room.
We really enjoyed our stay in this B&B.
The only problem we met was that most of the city was closed (restaurants - bars) because everyone was on holidays !
