“a green and lively garden”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2013

It is a garden between two roads, great for a stroll or a bike ride. It has many access since it crosses the city ii its entirety. You can find small ponds, children parks, soccer fields, baseball, bathrooms, people playing frisbee, practicing tai-chi, it is a comforting walk that helps you escape from the crowds.

“A belt of gardens in a river bed!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2013

Valencia was plagued by flooding of Turia River. They diverted the flow and the river, which surrouded the center became a
remarkable strip of gardens and playing fields. The ancient bridges that served the city are still add an active elegance.

“Ideal Walk”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 28, 2013

This converted river bed is now a wonderful relaxing walk from the north of the city to the new area of the city. You can access the city from many of the bridges and it makes for an easy way to get around. The gardens are laid out beautifully and there are place to stop for refreshments and conveniences. Also there are numerous play areas for children and public fitness machines for all ages along the entire length.

“Absolutely beautiful walk”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2013

We were told this used to be where the river flowed through Valencia. They re-routed it and made beautiful gardens and play areas throughout. You will see a mid-evil bridge, fitness areas, football fields, palm trees and if you walk far enough it takes you to the city of arts and sciences. You could easily spend a day just gazing at the scenery
