“10 STARS -AMAZING”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2013

The Chapel of the Holy Grail is not only interesting......it is a mystical experience. No matter your religious beliefs, this is an amazing place. The smell of the constant burning of incense, the ancient walls blackened by centuries of candle smoke and the presentation of the Holy Grail (the supposed chalice used by Christ at the last supper) make this a WOW experience. We felt like we walked into one of Dan Brown's novels. This is a MUST visit...a token fee of 3 Euro gets you in, pay it!

Beauitful Chapel, I'd recommend spending the little bit extra and get the audio guide so you know what the highlights are.

“A mystic place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2013

This chapel has a great deal of historic importance and mystic. It is almost hidden inside the church as it guards a great treasure. When you enter you can feel something special, maybe it is the presence of a very ancient force and it mesmerizes you, you can´'t help to think you are in front of a holy object that it means you are privileged. For thousands of years people have been searching for it.

“A beautiful chapel inside one of Spain's classic cathedrals”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013 via mobile

The chapel is atmospheric and ancient and gives out a feeling of peace and tranquility. People who visit seem to sincerely believe that they are in the presence of what could be a truly important religious icon. Is it the true grail, no of course not, because that is not an object but a code of conduct for a kingly succession. But the chalice used at the last supper? Well the Catholic Church believe so, and historically the evidence of the chalice passing from the Vatican, via St. Lawrence to Spain, where it was hidden from the Moors in various monasteries, makes some sense. Anyway it's worth sitting here in the peace of this beautiful place and reflecting for a little while. Enjoy.
