“Very nice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

Very nice hotel, everything on it's place.
First of all, I am really satisfied with a service.
Second, breakfast is super, everything is really tasty.
Hotel is well situated near the sea, front line, with a long promenade - you can walk a lot passing by the sea.
Even it was not a season yet, there were already animation programs for children in a special place.

In the end of March there was a strong wind almost every evening. But anyway we somehow managed to enjoy swimming pool and sun bathing. Swimming pool area is big, there is one big pool and one small, both very nice.

It is only 10 minutes to the centre of the city. Taxi is always available in front of the hotel. And another good thing about Valencia - taxi is really not so expensive - it is about 7 euro to the centre of the city.

Valencia is nice city to visit - I like the centre, it is charming. Tourist bus stop is just next to the hotel, which is very convenient.

I like it very much in this area, that everything - not only hotel but the surrounding as well - is kept clean.

If I be there next time, I would stay in this Hotel, it is very nice, comfortable and cute with a good service and kind people. I had a great time there with my relatives and friends, and will come again. ))

Lovely hotel, great location, great facilities for both family and business. Suites are magnificent and great value, rooms are standard rooms are well set out, bath is on small side. Nice Hermes toiletries. Good breakfast choice, lovely terraces. Wide range of good eateries and bars next to hotel.

We spent a week here over Easter with 3 of our children, we had 2 adjacent rooms, a double for us and a triple room with 3 single beds for the children.
The Hotel is smaller than I expected ( c. 250 rooms) which meant it was better than I expected as it was far more personal and less crowded than larger hotels. All the staff were charming and helpful and the whole place was delightful.
We were particularly pleased with the room for the children which was on the corner of the Hotel and had 2 single beds in one area and a seperate single around the corner which suited our 2 teenage girls and one boy, sharing a bathroom. We chose seaview rooms which are definitely worth the extra cost as they came with a large sheltered balcony with seating and view of the terrace and beach front.
The rooms on the other side of the Hotel face the town , which in this part of town is the old docks/port area which isn't particularly attractive. The sea front is delightful with walks up the "La Malvarossa" beachfront which has several restaurants and there are several old, established restaurants a short walk from the Hotel on the sea front, most of which are very good, particularly for seafood and paella.
We booked breakfast inclusive which seemed expensive at c. 20 euros per head but this turned out to be a good decision as breakfast is a sumptuous choice of everything including a huge selection of fresh fruit, juices, cold meats and cheeses, iberico ham, cooked hot items, breads, pastries and cakes ... and more. There's also very little if any alternative locally for breakfast that's walking distance.
All in all a great choice, we'd definitely like to stay again sometime.

Room Tip: Chose the seaview rooms, what's the point of staying in a seafront Hotel otherwise ?

Very friendly staff .
Our room was superb with most amazing view to wake up to every morning , loved our huge terrace balcony where we could sunbath in private and have lovely breakfast in the mornings .
Nothing could beat the closeness to the beach for those night walks .
The food at the restaurant was amazing and we tried some locals too .
Oh the Hermes beauty staff in the rooms was highly appreciated too and given twice a day ( whenever you left the room there would be new added )
One day I would love to bring our kids here too .

We had fabulous stay in this beautiful hotel. Was perfect respite between Semena Santa (Holy Week) festivities in Seville and Madrid. We loved the food, pool and beach walks. The breakfast on the terrace was incredible with fresh fruits and Iberia ham and cheeses! It was a bit pricey but could not have replicated anywhere else. Our room was perfect for the three of us and the Spa was devine ! I'd recommend to all

This hotel, although a little bit expensive is certainly worth it if you have a special occassion to celebrate.Lovely large rooms with bathrooms and balconies to match.Stunning location right on the beach and only 10euro taxi ride from city centre.Excellent buffet breakfast served on the terrace by very attentive staff. All in all a perfect retreat

Room Tip: Biggest balconies are sea view rooms on 1st floor
