Together with the colleagues from the company I am working for we spent 4 nights in this hotel.
I don't know when it was built, but the walls and furniture show intense signs of tear & wear. On the corridors there was a funny smell when we arrived.
Rooms are decent, at least the one we got. But there are also smaller ones that might be a hazard for calustrofobic people.
Rooms are situated between floors 14 and 22. The lower floors are occupied with a conference center. Therefore the view is amazing. Especially if you are faced towards the city.
Another advantage is also the proximity of the airport: only 10 minutes drive.
I didn't like the breakfast buffet: every morning the same food. Some cheese, some sausage and ham, some omlette and cereals.
Also another advantage is that you can reach the center of Valencia easily - we even walked there and back - and the Zoopark is also very close. Also, nearby is a stop for the Valencia Touristbus.
After all not a bad hotel. For a few days stay is a correct place.

Room Tip: Ask for the larger rooms, with view towards the city.

We stayed there for 3 nights in may and it was all in all a good experience. The staff is friendly except the waiter at the 14th floor restaurant, that guy was very rude. We have received a complimentary drink from the hotel at check in and wanted to use it the night before we left. The waiter made us wait while he poured the drinks and told us to take them with us ??? Never seen this before even in the worst places we've visited. Anyway, I wouldn't let this influence my overall experience, but it sure did leave a bitter taste.

The rooms are clean and the view is excellent if you for example get the 22nd floor room facing the new stadium that is currently being built.

There is a small pool at the top of the hotel and below is a fitness room (23rd floor).

The metro station that it right next to the hotel is called Beniferri.

If you want to get to the beach you take the metro to Angel Guimera, there you switch to one going to Marítim - Serrería and exit there. From there you have like 5-10 minutes of of straight walking and you'll see the sea, no big fuss. By straight I mean straight, because there is only one exit.

If you want to get to the center you take the metro and exit at Angel Guimera. You will be at the edge of the center and you will have a lot of great stuff to see.

If you want to get to the airport you AGAIN take the metro to Angel Guimera and there switch to the one going to the airport. It's straightforward.

The metro is divided by zones, A, B, C, D.

D is the most expensive one, for center and the sea side you will need only A, the cheapest one. For the ride from the airport to the hotel and back you need the D zone so don't be surprised.

Room Tip: Get the room on the highest floor facing the new mestalla stadium.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel was as expected, nice, clean, spacious rooms with beautiful views of the city. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful especially in regards on how to best around the city by bus or metro. The hotel is situated a short distance from the main town centre and tourist area but is easily accessible by bus or metro, which is fairly cheap £1.50-2Euro per person. There isn't much in terms of restaurants near the hotel but there is a handy supermarket and Burger King situated 3 mins away from the hotel. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed are first time visit to Valencia and would defiantly return there again. There is plenty to see and do and navigating around the city is so easy to do. I would also recommend this hotel to others who are not so bothered about staying in the town centre as it only took us 15 mins by bus to get there, 40 mins by bus to The City of Arts and Sciences and 35 mins by tram to the beach.

Very good hotel for visiting valencia and surroundings, and for short stops if you are travelling in Spain. Price around 65 eur per night. Rooms with hi speed wifi, and full equipped bathroom (with hydromassage).
However rooms are a bit small and the TV is a bit out dated.
Breakfast is excellent. The city centre is far away, but with metro or bus can be reached easily. The hotel is very quiet, and ensures good relax. Wonderful views of the city...take your camera for good night shots!

We stayed here for 8 nights in March 2013 & were pleased with our choice of hotel. The bed was pretty firm, as mentioned in previous reviews, but we both slept well. The hotel offers a choice of pillows, so we were able to choose ones that suited us, which helped.
The bathroom & separate toilet was nice & clean & the shower powerful enough.
The air conditioning seemed a little strained & it might struggle in the summer months, but it was fine in March.
The restaurant was disappointing & we felt it was over-priced for what it was. We only had dinner there one evening & didn't eat breakfast at all, so we are basing our opinion on just one meal.
There was a fridge in the room & we used that to store some snacks & drinks.
The hotel is very close to a metro station & we used that a lot to travel about. It was easy to get to & from the airport & we didn't bother with taxis.
All in all, it was an above-average 'budget' hotel & we would recommend it.

Room Tip: Ask for a non-smoking room if you don't smoke.
