Getting to the hotel was a huge challenge, more details should be given.

Following the hotel's instruction, we took the aerobus from the airport and alighted near the railway station. However, Bus No. 19 was nowhere in sight. No one could help as they didn't understand us! So we headed towards what looked like the main street with our heavy luggages.

After a 10-15 min walk, we finally spotted bus 19 on the road. The bus stop is opposite the main entrance of the railway station, which isn't covered by the aerobus.

Soon, we were tested again as we didn't know where to get off.. the hotel wasn't within sight! It took us one full loop before the 2nd bus driver knew where exactly the hotel is. Thereafter, it became a breeze. Hotel room is clean and modern, staff are friendly and bus 19 covers most the touristy routes.

Would stay with this hotel again now that I know how to get there :)

Breakfast was great, big selection of continental cold meats and cheeses. Juice is freshly squeezed of Valencian oranges and very tasty.
Black furniture in bedrooms have a few knocks on the edges, but the batroom with whirlpool jets and large shower amazing. Nice selection bath products.
Rooftop jacuzzi not heated, but very relaxing on a hot day. 10 minutes in taxi from city centre, and 10 minutes walking to beach. Well located, would definately revisit.

  • Liked — Modern electric window blinds
  • Disliked — Black melamine furniture slightly chipped in places

Was warned by our local Spain representatives but thought we had no alternative during the America's Cup. Placed in a terrible area in Valencia where you don't even feel safe enough to walk around the exterior of the hotel and no where near the sea front with any type of view offered. My biggest complaint here is the staff. Completely unapproachable and trying to reach the management of this facility is impossible. I have to question if he even exists. Have been chasing up the hotelier for weeks to resolve a cancellation issue and they have simply ignored and very unprofessionally been basically hiding from the situation. Not good for the obviously already lacking business the hotel already has.

Many other options here like the Las Arenas which has lovely sea view rooms at an even lower rate than the tasteless Marina Atarazanas.

Had a 3 night break in this hotel in Jan. Could not fault it at all. The rooms are really clean and the staff are really friendly. Although its close to the beach its not within walking distance to the city centre.

Stayed here having enjoyed the luxury of the 5* Valencia Palace for a week beforehand so initially the rooms seemed small but this passed with time. The hotel staff are really smiley & professional & helpful - top marks to them. The hotel itself seems a bit curious. It is a new hotel (& as yet to roof terrace bar area is still been worked on - lots of wires & broken bits around - it will be nice though when done - it has great views across the city & port). It was initially billed as a 4* & was clearly started out with this in mind with lovely hi-spec bathrooms & jacuzzi baths which do work very well, wooden floorsin the room (a bit noisy at night), LCD TVs, great aircon. However it seems like the original developers lost the will after this & I would have to put it closer to a 3* at the finish. Still we paid £45 a night for a room & at this price it was excellent value. Location is great with a 15 min walk to the beach through the charming back streets & a 15 min walk to a great new El Corte Ingles & Aqua Shopping centre/ restaurants (Try the Caeser Salad in Pizza Roma - you will be amazed!). The Ciudad de las Ciencas which is a great visit. The hotel is also on the No.19 bus route to the city centre at 1.10€. Go for it at the right price - v.good place & great location.

  • Liked — Modern
  • Disliked — A little on the small side in terms of corridors, bathroom, roofspace
  • Tips/Secrets: — The charming indian restaurant 5 mins walk up the road. supermarket behind campsa garage.
