“THE BEST IN BENIDORM”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2011

This as been the best hotel we have visted in all our stays in Benidrom. Value for money. Very friendly staff; spotlessly clean with a good variety of food.

Excellent, efficient staff particularly in the bar. Very polite and helpful. Food was very good with excellent selection. Hotel kept very clean troughout the day. Facilities excellent and hotel in a very good location with bars etc nearby. Room large with plenty of wardrobe space and good balcony. Room very clean.and maid service everyday,
overall we would recomend this hotel, for a short or one week stay out of main season,

we stayed with friends for 1 week and found this hotel very good, the food was excellent ,the whole place was spotlessly clean.I am sure there will be things people can criticise like the cheesy entertainment and low quailty all inclusive drinks, but for the price its all good,so good we have booked another week!,we have stayed in a lot more expensive hotel that were no as good.
If i had one complaint........someone tell the man on reception to put a smile on his face and cheer up!...he lets down the other staff who are all pleasant

My friend and I stayed here a few years ago (couldn't put before 2010 on options), we stayed in July for 2 weeks. We originally booked a 3 star hotel but it was accidently double booked and we were gutted. As an apology, we were given a 4 star hotel instead. We arrived and were impressed. It was very clean, nice relaxed atmosphere and spacious. The all inclusive option was brilliant, the food was fantastic, so much choice and always something for everyone. The only few things we could fault are the fact that the hotel was 20 mins away from the beach but that wasnt too much of a problem. Also, some of the staff were very rude. One day i lost my all inclusive card, it turned out I had left it in the gift shop, which was closed for siesta time. For this whole hour +, i couldn't get a drink or food even though they could see my card through the glass door on the shop counter. I thought this was a little rude. And the staff behind reception (most of them) need to learn how to smile. Other than this, hotel was beautiful and I would stay again, but not with friends. More of a place for couples wanting time to relax. There was no entertainment at night, other than a disco at about 6pm!

This hotel is soooo underrated, it was a great hotel. Food was varied and all the staff were polite and friendly. The hotel was spotless. In the quite area which suited us, only 10mins walk to centre. Highly recommended.

We stayed "all inclusive" for one week at half term in February. The guests were a good mixture of ages and nationalities, including many Spanish families. The whole place was spotlessly clean throughout. The food was excellent; lots of choice (I must have put a stone weight on) for all three main meals during the day. The restaurant staff were very efficient. The bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. Entertainment was standard hotel fare although we did see a superb magic show one evening. There are a number of decent bars a couple of hundred yards down the road where you can go for a change.
One minor complaint: a number of Spanish guests did not believe in queuing at the bar (a fast and fair system for being served ) and were allowed to "bunk" the queue by the bar staff - very annoying.
One big complaint: probably the hardest beds I have (attempted to sleep) in ever. They were like rocks. Really the only downside to an otherwise great place.
