“Great value for money, basic but clean, no problems”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2013

Just returned this morning from these apartments, we had a 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. Clean apartment, lovely view over sol pelicanos pool, which we used on various times. Noise level is what is to be expected in a busy resort like benidorm, you can't blame the hotel for Spanish way of doing things. They collect the bins and bottle bins between midnight and 2am but can't really be helped so no point in complaining about this. Wouldn't really return here but only because I rather all inclusive or half board. Overall this place was clean, nice size and just what you need for a cheap holiday. Don't expect beds changed or made everyday or a cleaner to come round everyday as this is not what u get x

Well I must say I was slightly worried by previous reviews but pleased to say I shouldn't have been! They need a better sign as it was easy to spot after you'd had a few! The reception is just to the side of the apartments and looks more like a tourist information shop but once we noticed it, checkin was painless. Apartments were clean and basic spot on for a girly weekend. Floors could have done with a better clean, the rooms aren't very spacious for more than two people (and that's in a one bedroom apartment) apart from that they were faultless. Very secure, you needed a key to get into the apartment block unless someone left it open!! 150 euro deposit but we had planned for that and it was easily refunded. We kept the room for free on checkout day as it was a Sunday and they don't work Sundays - added bonus! 10 minute walk to beach and main nightlife but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

I have just returned from Benidorm, we stayed at the Aquarium 2 Apartments. I chose these apartments because of the location and after reading some of the reviews was worried as they weren't complimentary.....I needn't have worried.

On arrival the check in process was professional and fast. The apartment was basic but clean and fairly well equipped. The balcony was superb (nice & big). The shower was powerful. The pool area isn't great but it's clean, there are beds and the lifeguard/attendant was on the ball. The location was great, close to the beach and the nightlife.

OK, it wasn't 5 star but what do people expect for £25 pp pn?

Gallowgate bar does the BEST chips :-)

Room Tip: Don't use your Euro's for the security deposit, they accept a debit card, We left before the...

Arrived on 9th July, and got dropped off at Dynastic hotel. Didn't quite like the look of the place from the outside and startied wondering if the bad reviews were correct. But i was wrong. Paid 150euros deposit for rooms, and 14euros for to rent safe for the week.
The rooms are clean with fridge, cooker and microwave. Some rooms have a bath & shower, others only have a shower. Great view from the 19th floor balcony (though my partner didn't like looking down). Pool was clean and tidy but a sunbed costs 1euro. Can recommend the mad monk for a bite to eat, as well as Gallowgate bar across road for a good night out.
Had to leave keys in room when we left due to early departure time. (4.15am).
Had a great holiday and if i ever return to Benidorm I would definetly stay here again.

I have just come back from a weeks stay between 8th-15th July. We stayed on the 10th floor and after reading the reviews I was slightly anxious. When arriving we were dropped off at Dynastic Hotel which was a couple minutes walk down the road, we went to the office next to the hotel where we paid 150euro deposit and were told to come back within an hour whilst our room was being cleaned as we arrived very early due to our flights, left our suitcases in the office along with others and went along to the Mad Munk bar (which was very nice). An hour later we picked up 2 sets of keys and went up to our room. There is a gold metal door at each floor once the lift door has opened which was nice and easy to use, our room was spotless and was fully equipped with everything you would need for a self-catering stay.

We failed to realise that the pull out bed folded up to make a double bed, however, our nights sleep were very nice. The pool was nice and big, very clean and the lifeguards and all staff for that matter were very friendly.

It was a very good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and everything including supermarkets, pharmacies and bars were on your doorstep.
We heard no noise at all despite all our windows being open all night, also, the hotel across the road actually emptied their glass bottles at about 10pm so no early wake up call. There was also a fan which kept us nice and cool during the night time.

You do have to pay 1euro to hire a sunbed for the DAY however, it is a RESIDENTIAL apartment block so it is expected.
I would definitely stay at these hotels again, however, I would not go to Benidorm again.

:)

The apartments are located quite centrally so it's a very short walk to the beach and shops, restaurants & nightlife! the rooms were spotless, with a new fitted bathroom in the room we stayed in (on the 21st floor... The view is fab!) it's a cheap and cheerful place and you get what you pay for. The pool was freezing and very deep but it's a nice big size and there is always a lifeguard on duty. Also if you want to use a sun lounger there's a 1euro charge. There is also a 150euro deposit for each room which you get back as long as the rooms not damaged! Great value for money & very clean, would stay here again.

Me and my cousin stayed here for 2 weeks in June, great place, no mither, don't be put off by any reviews, people are just very picky and love finding fault, you seriously can't go wrong here, you get what you pay for, simple as, bed, hot shower, fridge, safe, what more do you need when your on your holidays, its not as if your gunna stay in your room all day!, cheap as chips, benidorm is Amazing!
