“Amazing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

Well what can I say, location - fantastic, view - amazing, staff - lovely & freindly, room - spotless, food - plenty of it and nice and tasty.
We were on the 4th floor and to be honest it was high enough for me but to just stand there and take in the sea air was brilliant. Dont like to do this but just one tiny complaint- I wish there had been a small fridge in the room then we could have had a drink on the balcony and enjoyed the view for longer plus had cold water, Im just glad it wasnt 40 degrees because I drink a lot of cold water when its hot?
Would return in a heartbeat.

Room Tip: All rooms have sea views so no dissapointment at all

We stayed here in October 2012 it was our 2nd visit to Benidorm but first time to Nadal and we shall be coming here again next year. The hotel was lovely and clean the staff were very friendly. The views were fantastic. It was quiet at night so relaxing just listening to the waves. The breakfast was superb too. All in all this was a fab hotel which was close to the beach and bars.

Room Tip: There are only 40 rooms over 10 floors and all rooms have a sea view.

I loved the position of the Hotel ,the view both day and night was lovely. The staff were really nice and the rooms were cleaned everyday. It is a quiet Hotel- very relaxing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony or batheing terrace watching the banana boats and jet skiers zipping around.Breakfast was good and in general the hotel was good value for money.

we stayed in this hotel (our second visit) 1-7th october 2012. The views are always the thing that sells this hotel, the best in benidorm, no steep hills to walk up and close to the pickup/drop off place (burger king) for the airport.

The beds are so comfortable, the air cons lovely and runs even when the balcony doors open so u have a cool room and sea air, lovely when its hot.

The weather in october is wonderful it was 28 degrees and full sun every day we were there, perfect after a gloomy summer in uk.

I also have to mention the wonderful reception staff who go out of their way to help you and always smiling and lovely. Its easy to knock the staff in hotels especially as they work long hours and multi task, i have to say they were very nice and effecient.

Only problem i had with the room (304) was the light when it was on the unit it sits on buzzes continuosly..which you dont notice most of the time, but at night it drove me crazy..i like to leave one light on as when you wake up somewhere strange in the night, you often wonder where you are!

The waters hot and plentiful and the rooms are a nice size...little limited on the wardrobe space and no fridge..really wish the nadal would invest in fridges would make the rooms perfect.

The only other thing is i wished they had more and better placed electrical points..the is no place to iron your clothes and the only free electrical points are behind a sofa and in the bathroom?

even setting up a ironing board area on each landing would be helpfull.

anyway all in all a great trip and we will deffinately be staying again!!

Room Tip: rooms ending in 4 have the best views..bigger bathrooms and sofas

Hotel very clean and nice breakfast. Staff speak very little English but no problem and friendly helpful. View from bedroom fabulous didn't have to draw curtains at all just lay in your bed and look at the bay and listen to the sea room 801. I would re-book this hotel next time in Benidorm

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room top floor view fab,

Went in October... The location is amazing, with wonderful views. The rooms are Clean, a decent size but very basic. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast, it was awful... Go room only and get something out and about. I would stay there again if it was the right price but id rather stay nearer the old town, much nicer !

Our stay was excellent value for money in a very convenient and quiet location. The view from our balcony was superb. However, parking was a little inconvenient, so make sure you have a map of streets that may be convenient as there some of the one-way streets can end up with you wasting time. Catching a bus or taxi would be easier as the bus stops very close to the hotel. This small, modern hotel is located close to the quiet end of Levante Beach and therefore has easy access to many restaurants and shops.
I think the hotel lacks "soul" simply because of the lack of staff and therefore limited services available. I have noticed this at several small hotels in Spain and realise that its all as a result of the recession .
There were a few minor DIY problems in the bedroom and we were not informed where to find the activater for the electricity for the air conditioner and hair dryer. Most hotels have a folder on the dressing table with a welcome letter from the Manager with an opportunity to complete a questionnaire at the end of their stay. First-time visitors like to read guidelines and recommendations of what to do in the area without having to waste time finding the local information centre. I had requested a double bed and was disappointed to find that we had a twin-bedded room because there were only 4 double-bedded rooms in the hotel.
Breakfast was generous so all in all, if you have realistic expectations you would probably feel more satisfied with the quality of this 3-star hotel. Make sure you have your camera handy at Sunset for some brilliant photographs!

Room Tip: The room was in the shade in the morning but rather hot in the afternoon. Air conditioning switched...
