“Cheap and not too cheerful”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2012

Having been to these apartments for the past 10 years, this has to count as the worst experience, on arrival the towels in the bathroom looked as if they had been used to wash the floor, very dirty, and could not be changed until the next day, as for the kitchen utensils these where very limited, 3 of everything, the so called oven was totaly useless.
The only plus to this holiday was the exterior of the building has been painted, I realy think if they are going to spend money to improve anything it should be the interior as the bedroom, bathroom, and livingroom had foot prints all over the walls, and as for the bathroom, the shower doors were hanging off, the bath had more chips in it than what we received from Mc Donalds, so yes you only get what you pay for but here yo do not get that, it is over priced.

Room Tip: our room was 1301 and had sun on the balcony from sunrise to sunset, so need to go to the pool

you basically get what you pay for, a clean basic apartment- which is fine. has a decent enough pool, the bar staff are both friendly and helpful, it is not to far from the beach- probably ten minutes walk. We stayed quite high up so the breeze really helped with the heat.

the kitchen is fine, couple of hobs and a grill, had pots, pans plates etc. what we did find was that you need a card for the electric but if you take this of the key and leave it in- the fridge stays on!!! took me a day to realize that.

anyway i was there for a week, it was exactly what i needed. i thought it was not as bad as other people have made out- i d stay there again

Room Tip: the higher up you are the better the view- corner apartments get a better one to

These apartments are basic but with the price you pay you can’t really expect more! The apartments are a good size with big balcony. Make sure you take a kettle if you want a brew! The location is 5 minutes from all the main bars but is on a back street, the street Is not very long but is not very nice to walk down by yourself! overall a good, cheap base for holiday, don't expect 5 star as you will disappointed!

read all reviews good and bad . if you want luxary book the sandos monaco , if not this hotel will be ok , forget about muggers alley , walked up there all 50 metres of it with no problems at all at varied times of the early hours . pool clean and appartments standard for self catering, got deposit back no problem , and who said staff were rude and not liking the english ?couldn't do enough for the customers , so dont believe all the badness about this hotel

Room Tip: anything 01 as it looks over the pool , we had 1101

We were originally booked into this hotel however as soon as we arrived we were told that it was fully booked up ! ....this was a downright lie and a complete scam as we later found out ,apparently what they are doing is filling up their sister hotel first of all on the other side of the resort as it is struggling to attract enough business (see reviews Primavera Garden hotel) because of its very poor standards and long walking distance from the main centre....

Appalling rooms, valuables being stolen and to top it off very rude staff...

everything you could ask for on your holidays ..... Beware!

Room Tip: Don't accept the excuse that they are full ......

This was our third time at Primavera and I have to say not mutch has changed. The appartments are getting a bit tired hobs in the kitchen for boiling water takes forever we just bought a cheap kettle as we dont cook on holiday it was just for making a cuppa. The bathroom was in need of a refurb just getting too old, shower head would not stay up,enamel off the bath etc.The location is good for food, bars, clubs and beach as I say we have been their three times and have never had any problems on the way home up the so called muggers ally.I would say it is still a good base for people who dont use it for cooking etc but it could do with upgrading especially in the high summer as there is no air con in the rooms.

Room Tip: If it is really warm their is a door in the kichen if you open that along with the bedroom window yo...
