This is the fifth time I have visited this hotel, and as usual it didn't let me down.. The hotel is immaculately kept, extremely friendly staff, and is very reasonably priced. Food was good, but can get boring after 2 weeks although you can never complain about ever having enough variety.
Personally I find the location perfect, it's virtually set on beach front, just a single lane road seperates pool from the beautiful Poniente Beach, which can also be accessed by tunnel running underneath the road. Hotel is approximately a 15-20 stroll away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, enough to not take ages to walk there and back, but far enough so you can get a peaceful and relaxing nights sleep. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel.

Stayed for a week in May 2012, used to stay here every year but not been since 2006. The hotel is still very good, we love the location, if you don't mind a bit of a walk into the old town. Its lovely and quiet at night and the view from all the rooms are a real bonus. Its true the bus services from here are not great compared to other parts of benidorm so if you need ro rely on buses perhaps this is not the place for you.Being just accross the road from the beach is perfect. The rooms are always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The only dissappointment was the food, it used to be very good but now unfortunately the choice is pretty limited compared to other hotels in benidorm and for the volume of people sometimes there is not really enough choice, this may just have been whilst we were here, so i wouldn't let it put me off staying again. I would definately return here.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor, the views are stunning

Returned home on 22/5/12 after a lovely relaxing holiday. This was our fourth/ fifth time in this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it, from the stunning views, the cleanliness of the whole hotel and all the staff. Food was alright as there was always something to suit all tastes from the soup right through to the sweets. As it was still early in the season, the night entertainment was pretty basic, a guy with an organ most nights, but the spanish do like to dance and the floor was always packed! We went into the new town a few nights, and every morning after breakfast strolled along the lovely new promenade to the old town for some shopping and sight seeing. We will no doubt be back again next year for another week, but maybe a little later in the month.

Stayed here for a week in May. Fantastic location with superb views of the beach. Very quiet at night, no problem at all sleeping. We requested a high floor and were fortunate enough to be allocated the 13th. Rooms not huge but had everything you needed plus loads of storage space. Immaculately clean, could always see cleaning staff doing their thing all hours of day and night. We went half board which we were a little concerned about, although no need, the food was absolutely first class. Paella most lunchtimes which suited me fine! Plenty of food, never rushed, bottles of wine very cheap. Entertainment at night was mainly old time dancing but it was good to watch everyone else dance (we didn't have the courage!). Bar staff extremely friendly and helpful with our poor language skills. Not the best location if you want to be in thick of things, but it suited us fine. Hope to return soon.

Room Tip: All rooms seem to have a good view, although I know they do have basic cheaper rooms on the ground f...

This hotel was beyond my expectations. We stayed in may/june 2011. The rooms were spotless, we actually requested the cleaner to come every other day instead of every day as our room didn't need cleaning, cleaners were incredibly friendly and wouldn't come in and clean if you were still in bed. Which we have previously experienced. The food was incredible, very nice, well cooked, and always a wide variety for every need, me and my partner didn't like seafood and we always found something to eat that was plentiful. The pool area is gorgeous (although the floor gets very hot in the sun) friendly staff and good entertainment even though we went during the spanish holidays so a lot of the entertainment was spanish based we thoroughly enjoyed it. Local shops and supermarket a short distance away and right on the beach. Honestly best holiday we had and can't wait to go back!
